Da ich Familie im Ausland besuchen werde, ist mein Zimmer ab den 4. März frei circa 1,5 Monate frei. Eventuell könnte ich auch schon ab den 1. März woanders unterkommen, wenn das für dich besser passt. Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und vollmöbliert. Man hat einen freien Ausblick und kann daher wunderschön den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Ich werde auch meine Pflanzen hinterlassen, es wäre also super wenn du dich ab und an mal um den kleinen kümmern würdest :)

As I am visiting my family abroad, I am subletting my room from March 4th until April 17th. Moving in from the 1st of March would be negotiable. The room is spacious, bright und fully furnished. There is a beautiful view from my room, which allows you to watch the sunset most evenings. I will leave my plants in the room, so it would be great if you could look after them while I’m gone :)
Das Haus befindet sich am Ende der Bennigsenstraße, direkt am Anfang der Fußgänger*innenbrücke nach Schönefeld. Die Wohnung ist daher sehr ruhig, auch wenn die vielen Bars an der Eisenbahnstraße nicht weit sind. Hinter dem Haus ist eine große Wiese, sodass man auch vom Wohnzimmer/Balkon aus eine ungestörte Aussicht hat. Haltestelle Torgauer Platz (Tram 3/7/8) ist in ca. 2 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in der Nähe, vor allem aber natürlich an der Eisenbahnstraße.

Our house is at the end of the Bennigsenstraße, right at the beginning of the bridge to Schönefeld. It’s a fairly quiet location, even though there are plenty of bars within reach at the Eisenbahnstraße. There is a huge field behind our house, which means that there is a nice and open view from our living room and balcony. The tramstop ‘Torgauer Plats’ is only 2 minutes walking (trams 3/7/8 stop there). There are plenty of shops nearby, mostly at the Eisenbahnstraße.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit meinem Mitbewohner Leo teilen. Wir teilen Bad und Wohnküche, und dazu haben wir einen kleinen Balkon auf dem man chillen kann. Wir teilen gerne unser Essen und kümmern uns um eine Grundsauberkeit, haben aber keinen bestimmten Putzplan. Ich würde sagen, dass das Zusammenwohnen mit Leo sehr entspannt und harmonisch ist. Noch ein bisschen mehr zu Leo: „Ich bin Musiker, Antikapitalist und mache leidenschaftlich gerne Kaffee 😇 Ich bau gerne Sachen selber, feier das offene und schöne Leben, (koche, lese, schlafe usw.) und bin politisch sehr aktiv und unterwegs“.

You would share the flat with my roommate, Leo. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared spaces, and we also have a balcony. We like to share our food and make sure that the flat is clean, but we don’t have a strict cleaning schedule or anything like that. From my experience, living together with Leo has been very easy going and chill. About Leo: “I’m a musician, anti-capitalist and love making good coffee. I like to build stuff, enjoy the good life (cooking, reading, sleeping etc.) and I am politically very active.”
