da unsere Mitbewohnerin Paula ein Auslandssemester macht, haben wir ein 18m² großes Zimmer in einer 3er WG im Waldstraßenviertel anzubieten.
Das Zimmer ist auf der Nordseite, hat zwei Fenster und eine Dachschräge an der Fensterfront. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick über die Dächer des Viertels.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett (1,40×2), Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Bücherregal, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Sofa.
Es würde uns freuen, wenn das Zimmer möbliert übernommen wird.
Falls du noch eigene kleine Möbel mitbringen willst, die nicht ins Zimmer passen, könnten diese auch im Keller untergebracht werden.

Hey everybody,
since our flatmate Paula is going to study abroad for a semester, we're offering her 18m² room in a shared flat in Leipzig's beautiful Waldstraßenviertel. The two windows of the room are facing north and have a pitched roof. You'll have a very nice view over the rooftops of the borough. The room is fully furnished with a bed (1,40×2,00m), a wardrobe, a dresser, a bookshelf, a desk + chair and a small couch. We'd really appreciate it, if you take over the furniture for your stay. If you want to bring small pieces of furniture with you, we could store them in our basement compartement.
Die WG befindet sich im Leipziger Waldstraßenviertel. Dieses befindet sich im Zentrum Nord-West. Die Innenstadt ist mit Fahrrad, Straßenbahn oder auch zu Fuß schnell und einfach zu erreichen.
Das Rosental beginnt direkt am Ende der Straße und auch diverse andere Parks sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es gibt zwei Konsums, einen Aldi und einen Rewe in Laufnähe und auf der Naheliegenden Jahnallee findet man diverse Dönerläden und Pizzerien.
Für Studierende ist die nahe Lage zum Hauptcampus, zum Sportcampus und dem Geisteswissenschaftlichen Zentrum besonders gut geeignet.

The flat is situated in the Waldstraßenviertel, which is located in the north-west centre of Leipzig. You can reach the city centre easily by foot, bike or tram within 7 min. We have several parks (Rosental, Clara-Park, Johanna-Park, Palmengarten) in walking distance. Especially the Rosental is just a couple meters away from our house. You'll be able to choose from different grocery stores, we have 3 Konsum, 1 Aldi and 1 Rewe in close walking distance. On the Jahnallee you'll find several food places. Especially for students we have a great location for reaching the main campus, sport campus and the philological faculty within a couple of minutes.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind Nina und Elijah.
Nina ist 20 Jahre alt und arbeitet in einer Leipziger Kaffeerösterei (sie sorgt für guten Kaffee im Küchenregal). Sie ist die Ordentlichste von uns.
Elijah ist 21 Jahre, studiert Lehramt Gymnasium für Sport und Englisch und arbeitet nebenbei beim Konsum.
Die beiden sind immer für einen entspannten WG-Abend mit Weinchen oder Bierchen immer zu haben und spielen auch gerne das eine oder andere Kartenspiel. Bei gutem Wetter bevorzugt auf dem Dach.

Your future flatmates are Elijah and Nina.
Nina is 20 years old and is currently working in a coffee shop, she is responsible for organizing high quality coffee! She is the most neat of us three.
Elijah is 21 years old and is currently studying to become a teacher for the subjects physical education and English.
Both of them are always down for a chill evening either in the kitchen or on our roof and enjoying a beer or a glass of wine. They also like card games a lot.
