helles 15m²-Zimmer ab sofort

Die WG liegt an einer ruhigen Parallel-Straße zur Georg-Schumann-Straße. (Hier gibt es vor allem Wohnungen, es ist keine Party- oder Einkaufsmeile)
Sie hat einen Balkon und außerdem einen sehr schönen, großen Hinterhof-Garten.

S-Bahn- sowie Straßenbahn-Haltenstellen erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten.

Ein paar Supermärkte (Penny und Lidl) sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten; Aldi, Rewe und Kaufland in ca. 20 Minuten (oder teilweise mit Tram) erreichbar.

Der Bretschneider-Park und das Rosental sind auch nicht weit entfernt, wenn man mal etwas mehr Grün sehen will.

Ins Zentrum (Hbf) kommt man mit den ÖPNV in ca. 10Min.

Our flat and the house is situated on a quiet street parallel to Georg-Schumann-Straße.
(Here you mostly have flats. It's not a party district)
The flat has a big balcony and also a very nice backyard garden.

If you need more Green, you can just walk to the close by Bretschneider-Park or the Rosental-Park (where the zoo is.)

S-Bahn station as well as Tram station you can reach by foot in 10min.

There are a couple of supermarkets close by: Penny and LIDL (10min by foot); ALDI, Rewe and Kaufland (20min by foot or 1 stop by TRAM).

The city center and Main train Station is also just an 8 minute walk to Chausseehaus Station and 2 stops by TRAM (5 minutes) away.

Unsere WG besteht ohne mich aus 2 Frauen: Judith und Kristina, die beide in Ausbildung sind. Mike, der ab dem 01.05. in Kristinas Zimmer zieht, macht gerade ein Studium.
Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erwünscht, aber wir haben einen Balkon.
Wir sprechen auch sehr gut Englisch und sind offen für internationale Leute.


In unserer Küche (ca. 11m², 2m x 5,50m) und auf dem großen Balkon (1,50m x 4m) kann man nett, chillig, gemütlich zusammensitzen, kochen und quatschen. Nebenan ist ein Kindergarten - da kann es tagsüber laut sein - trotzdem kann man auf dem Balkon gut entspannen.

Wir sind keine lauten Party-Menschen, aber: Feiern und nette Abende in kleiner Runde gibt es auch bei uns.
Unsere Hausgemeinschaft [eine Mischung aus jungen Familien, 1 Rentnerpaar und eine weitere WG] ist auch ziemlich cool und so gibt es gerade im Sommer ab und zu gemeinsame Grillabende im unserem großen Hinterhof-Garten.

Kristina, 23:
Hallo. Fand es recht schwer ein paar Worte zu finden, da es viel und wenig Wichtiges zu Gleich gibt. Hier ein Versuch: bin zur Zeit viel multimedial unterwegs (visuell und soundtechnisch)zur Zeit noch in meinem Zimmer bis ich dann vielleicht mal ein erschwingliches Atelier gefunden hab, ab und an erklingt auch mal das Klavier oder die Gitarre oder andere Soundexperimente(schiefer Gesang kann auch mal vorkommen). Nebenbei mach ich dann noch irgendwie eine Ausbildung zur ganzheitlichen Heilpraktikerin, da mein Interesse auch Richtung Pflanzen (Naturheilkunde) und die Psyche des Menschen steht. Tausche mich sehr gerne aus über das Leben und die Liebe✌

Mike, 25:
Ich bin Mike aus Jordanien. Ich mache in Leipzig meinen Master in international energy economics und business administration, da ich ein mechanical engineer bin [Anmerkung der Übersetzerin: aus Angst vor falscher Übersetzung habe ich die englischen Bezeichnungen übernommen :D]. Meine Freizeit widme ich meiner Weiterentwicklung als Mensch, indem ich über Psychologie und Neurowissenschaften lese. Ich meditiere auch und mache Sport. Ich chille außerdem gerne mit Freunden und gehe manchmal auf Partys. Ich bin seit fünf Monaten in Leipzig, mache meinen Master und lerne Russisch und Deutsch. Derzeit spreche ich arabisch und englisch und ein bisschen deutsch und russisch.

Judith, 30:
Hallo! :) Ich bin letztes Jahr für meine Ausbildung zur Ergotherapeutin nach Leipzig gezogen. Davor habe ich Ägyptologie und Ethnologie studiert, bin dann aber zu dem Entschluss gekommen, dass ich lieber etwas Soziales machen möchte. Ich bin vielfältig interessiert und wenn mich meine Ausbildung gerade nicht zu sehr einnimmt, lese ich gerne (vor allem über Psychologie, Naturreligionen und Pflanzen und alte Science Fiction-Romane), höre Musik (meist Psychedelic Rock, Dark Wave, Pagan/Tribal, ...) und spiele auch manchmal E-Geige (nicht gut, ist aber zum Glück nicht so laut wie eine normale Geige ;)) oder experimentiere an meinem Midi-Keyboard (nichts Spektakuläres und leider schon länger nicht mehr). Außerdem habe mir kürzlich eine kreative Wand gebaut, damit ich mehr Platz zum Malen habe, und bin gerne in der Natur, wo ich manchmal auch fotografiere. Ich meditiere, fermentiere, backe Brot mit Wasserkefir und versuche, so nachhaltig wie möglich zu leben. Ich brauche meine Zeit für mich, bin aber - nach einer kurzen Aufwärmphase - ein sehr offener Mensch und tausche mich gerne über alle mögliche Themen aus, die gerade bewegen. Achtung: Ich mache des öfteren (schlechte) Wortwitze (:

Sehr wichtig ist uns die gegenseitige Sympathie (oder Chemie) und, dass man offen Dinge ansprechen kann, die einen stören, ohne sich dafür schuldig fühlen zu müssen. Lieber raus als rein - in respektvoller Art und Weise ;) - denn wir wollen ja gemeinsam wohnen und leben.

Right now there are 2 women: Judith and Kristina living in the flat, who both are in training. At 01.05. Mike will move into Kristina's room.
We only smoke occasionally. Smoking on the balcony is ok.
We are very fluent in English and welcome international people.

In our kitchen (ca. 11m²) and on our big balcony (1.50m x 4m) we sit together, relax, eat and talk. Next to us is a kindergarten - at daytime it can be quite loud - but you can still chill and relax on the balcony in the evenings.
We aren't loud party people, although we once in a while have small gatherings with friends.
Our neighbors (in the house) are also very nice people [a mix of young families, a senior couple and another WG], therefore we - especially in the summer time - have BBQ evenings once in a while in our big backyard garden.

Kristina, 23:
Hallo! It's hard to find a few words to describe myself, because there's much and also little important things to say at the same time. Here's a try: At the moment I'm into multimedia stuff (visual and sound technologies) which I do in my room until I find a studio. Once in a while you might hear me playing the piano or the guitar or other sound experiments (and also quite possibly a bit of crooked singing). Apart from that, I'm kind of in training to become a holistic naturopath ( alternative and complementary health care), since my interest lies in plants (natural healing methods) and human psyche. I also love to chat about life and love✌

Mike, 25:
This is mike from jordan. I am in leipzig and i am doing master’s in international energy economics and business administration as i am a mechanical engineer. I dedicate my free time to develop as a human where i read about psychology and neuroscience , i also do meditation and workout. I also like to hang out with my friends and party sometimes. As my experience in leipzig, i’ve been here for only 5 months doing my masters and learning russian+german. Currently i speak arabich and english. In progress for Deutsch and Russian.

Hello! :) I moved to Leipzig last year because of my training as an Occupational Therapist. Before that I studied Egyptology and Ethnology, but I realized that I want to do something more social. I'm interested in a lot of things. I like to read books (mostly about Psychology, plants, tribal/pagan religions), listen to music (psychedelic rock, dark wave, pagan, ...) und sometimes I play the e-violin (not good at all but at least it's not as loud as a normal violin ;)) or do some experiments on my midi-keyboard (sadly I haven't used it for some time). I recently built an creative wall, so that I have more space for painting, and I like to be in nature and sometimes take pictures there. I meditate, ferment food, make my own bread with water kefir and try to live sustainably. I need my alone time but nevertheless I'm a quite open person who likes to talk. Be prepared for (bad) puns (:

Very important to us is that we take to each other (having platonic chemistry). Plus, to openly as well as respectfully be able to talk about things that bother us without getting a bad conscience - because we want to live together and be able to be relaxed around one another.

- 1 Monatsmiete (warm, inkl. Strom und Internet) beträgt 247€.
- hinzu kommt 4x pro Jahr Runkfunkbeitrag 18,33€ pro Person.
- Wir bevorzugen Nichtraucher, weil wir beide nicht rauchen.
- Es gibt noch eine große Fahrrad- & Müllcontainer-Garage sowie ein Kellerabteil zur Nutzung.

Mögliche Kennenlern-Termine (bis Sa Abend):
- jeden Tag ab 16Uhr
- am WE ab 11 Uhr
- Wenn wir jemanden für das Zimmer durch Zusage gefunden haben, wird die Anzeige sofort deaktiviert. Vorher ist das Zimmer noch frei!
Wenn wir uns entschieden haben, geben wir allen Interessenten SCHNELL Bescheid.

English:
- 1 month of rent (warm, including electricity fee and Internet) is 240€.
- added to that is German Broadcast Fee (Runkfunkbeitrag) 4 times a year 18,33€ per person.
- We prefer non-smoker, since we don't smoke.
- There is a big garage for bikes, where the recycling containers are also. We also have a cellar part for use.
