19,5qm Zimmer in liebevoller 4erWG Zentrum-Nord

Zentrum Nord ist bekanntlich das coolste Viertel Leipzigs. Hinterm Hauptbahnhof geht das hippe Neuberlin erst richtig los und jeder, der was auf sich hält, träumt davon, hier zu wohnen. ;D
Aber auch die weniger angesagten Himmelsrichtungen Osten, Süden, Westen sind mit Fahrrad oder Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Chausseehaus ist 4:37 min zu Fuß) oder S-Bahn (Haltestelle Gohlis 8:05 min zu Fuß) schnell zu erreichen. Im Zentrum bist du mit der Bahn in 2 - 3 Haltestellen und mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten.

Zentrum Nord is known to be the coolest neighborhood in Leipzig. Behind the main train station, the hip Neuberlin really gets going and everyone who thinks something of himself dreams of living here ;D.
But also the less hip directions east, south, west are easy to reach by bike or tram (stop Chausseehaus is 4:37 min walk) or S-Bahn (stop Gohlis 8:05 min walk). In the center you are by tram in 2 - 3 stops and by bike in 10 minutes.

Zur Zeit leben Lioba, Esteban und Thies in der WG. Lioba lebt zur Zwischenmiete bis April in Noas Zimmer, die gerade ein Erasmus-Semester in Frankreich macht.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind sehr liebenswürdig und super lustig. (Ich werde meine alltägliche Portion Spaß sehr vermissen)
Die Küche ist ein schöner Ort zum Schnacken, Albern, Diskutieren, Essen und Musik Hören, sowie der Balkon und der Flur und die restlichen Zimmer. Für Besuch oder wenn jemand mal keine Lust auf sein Bett hat, gibt es über der Vorratskammer noch eine kleine gemütliche Schlafkammer mit Matratze.
Manchmal wird auch studiert oder gearbeitet und dann kehrt Ruhe ein - Schulmusik und Biologie (Noa), Tanzausbildung (Lioba), Mathe (Esteban), und Meterologie (Thies). Sportlich sind sie auch ab und zu unterwegs.
Sie haben ein Klavier, einen Kontrabass und einen Beamer, aber bald keinen Reiskocher mehr, weil der auch auszieht.

At the moment Lioba, Esteban and Thies live in the WG. Lioba lives in Noa's room until April, who is currently doing an Erasmus semester in France.

Your future roommates are very kind and super funny. (I will miss my daily portion of fun very much).
The kitchen is a nice place to chat, fool around, discuss, eat and listen to music, as well as the balcony and the hallway and the rest of the rooms. For visitors or if someone doesn't feel like going to bed, there is another small cozy sleeping chamber with mattress above the pantry.
Sometimes they are studying or working and then silence returns - school music and biology (Noa), dance education (Lioba), math (Esteban), and meterology (Thies). They also do sports from time to time.
They have a piano, an upright bass, and a beamer, but soon no more rice cooker, because that's moving out too.

They are already looking forward to you! :)
