In der monatlichen Miete von 500 EURO sind alle Betriebskosten, Strom und Internet, GEZ sowie die Kosten für das monatliche Putzen der Gemeinschaftsräume enthalten.
Es kann nicht mit gemeinsamen "Netflix-Abenden", nicht mit "coolen" Mitbewohnern und auch nicht mit gemeinsamem "Abhängen" gerechnet werden. Wir freuen uns aber sehr auf wohlwollenden Umgang miteinander. Gefordert ist neben Sympathie auch der Wunsch nach Ästhetik, Ordnung, Sauberkeit der Gemeinschaftsräume und Rücksicht aufeinander, in einer Wohnung, die groß genug ist für Eigenständigkeit.
