Dein Zimmer hat 14m² und ist hell und ruhig gelegen.
Es steht noch ein wunderbares Hochbett darin, das von der Vor-vormieterin selbst gebaut und so übernommen wurde. Es kann sehr gerne wieder übernommen werden, nur eine neue Leiter könnte es vertragen.
Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine sowie ein Balkon stehen zur Nutzung bereit.
Ansonsten ist die Küche auch bereits voll Ausgestattet.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 167,40€, damit sind alle Kosten gedeckt!
Unsere WG liegt mitten im Zentrum.
Du kommst in 5 min zu Fuß in die Uni oder zum Bummeln in die Stadt und hast Anschluss an jede Tram und S-Bahn (für Pendler sehr praktisch). Sämtliche Tramhaltestellen sind in 5-8 Minuten zu erreichen und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist nur ca. 13 Minuten entfernt.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vielzählig und schnell zu erreichen.
Unsere Straße ist trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig (man kann problemlos bei offenem Fenster schlafen ;) ).
Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin, die Lust auf gemeinsame Gespräche in unserer geräumigen Küche hat, gern auch mal mitkocht oder einfach nur mitisst, aber auch den Wunsch nach Ruhe und Privatssphäre der anderen respektiert.

We're looking for a nice woman who wants to be part of our tiny family. Cook, play and have a laugh together, but you should also respect the other's privacy.
We'd prefer someone who wants to stay longer, shortterm is fine as well though!
The room is bright and quiet and has 14m².
There's a beautiful selfmade loft bed in the room already, so you only have to bring a mattress.
The flat offers everything you need; balcony, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, microwave, washing machine, etc., everything but you! ;)
The exact rent is 167,40€ and covers EVERYTHING!
