Unsere WG befindet sich im 2.OG. Wir haben eine große Stube als Aufenthaltsraum, die zum chillen, treffen und gemeinsamen Abenden einlädt. Beide Zimmer sind jeweils 15qm groß. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Schnitt der sich super als WG eignet. Die Küche ist offen mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden. Die Wohnung und die Zimmer werden komplett möbliert vermietet. Du kannst auch gern unsere Fahrräder benutzen :)
Our flat is on the 2nd floor. We have a big living room which is perfect to chill, talk or just spend some time together. Both rooms are 15 sqm big. The apartment has abeen perfect profile for a shared flat. There's an open kitchen connected to the living room. The whole apartment and all rooms are rented fully furnished. You can even use our bikes :)
Die WG liegt sehr zentral in Zentrum Ost unweit vom Leipziger Listhaus. Der öffentliche Naverkehr ist sehr nah, nach 2 min erreicht man die Haltestelle für die Tram 1,3,8 und Bus 72,73.
Man benötigt zu Fuß:
10 min zum Hauptbahnhof
15 zum Stadtzentrum

The apartment is very central located in the eastern central area next the Listhaus in Leipzig. You only need two min to the public transport station (tram 1,3,8 and bus 72,73).
By foot:

Seit zwei Jahren wohne ich mit meiner Mitbewohnerin in unserer schönen Studenten WG. Nun machen wir beide für ein paar Monate ins Ausland. Daher haben wir beide Zimmer unserer WG ab März bis August (oder ein Zimmer auch etwas länger) unter zu vermieten. Es kann also für den Zeitraum eine neue schöne Wohngemeinschaft entstehen.
Since two years I'm sharing the apartment with my room mate. Now both of us are heading abroad to spend some months there. So we have to rent both rooms from march to august (one room can be rented longer).
