wir haben das Glück einer überaus geräumigen Wohnung in Leipzig Zentrum-Ost und da ab Juli unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin auszieht wird ihr Zimmer sodann frei. In der WG verbleiben Annenka + Karl + Jan und freuen sich auf eine neue Mitbewohner:in. Zudem wohnen bei uns in der WG die beiden gänzlich schwarzen Kater Fellini und Giorgio, als auch wird ab August ein Neugeborenes mit am Start sein.
Das Zimmer (18m²) ist nach Süden hin zur Strasze ausgerichtet und dadurch sehr hell. Es hat absurd hohe Wände mit Stuck über die gesamte Decke hin, einen Deko-Kachelofen in Grün, und eine große Fensterfront. Das Zimmer liegt direkt am Vestibül und ist recht quadratisch geschnitten. Da unsere Mitbewohnerin alle Möbel mitnimmt, lässt es sich auch komplett neu einrichten.
[Wohnung]
In der Wohnung gibt es 2 Bäder, eine wunderschöne große Küche mit Sofa, sowie ein gemeinsames Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer - in diesem lässt sich auf dem Sofa entspannen, Leutz zum Lesekreis einladen, dem Yoga fröhnen oder auch Klavier spielen. Außerdem gibt es einen Wintergarten, der sich des Sommers in einen Riesenbalkon verwandeln lässt. Im Eingangsbereich lassen sich Fahrräder und Federballschläger sicher abstellen als auch reparieren. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 205m² groß, Waschkeller und Trockenboden hat's im Haus.
[Kleingarten]
Am Mariannenpark an der Parthe haben Annenka und unsere künftiger Ex-Mitbewohnerin einen Kleingarten, um den wir uns zusammen kümmern, Blumen und Gemüse anbauen und gern auch einfach nur dort sitzen und uns die Sonne ins Gesicht scheinen lassen. Wir sprechen uns ein wenig ab, was die Gartenpläne angeht, allerdings darf jede:r auch so viel machen, wie sie:er mag!

Hellow everyone,
we are quite lucky to have a very spacious flat in Leipzig Zentrum-Ost and since our flatmate will leave in July her room will then be available. Within the appartment will remain Annenka + Karl + Jan who are looking forward to find a new person to live with. There are also two black cats, Giorgio and Fellini, who live with us, and from August on also a new born will be hanging around with us.
The room (18m²) goes south towards the street and it is a very bright room. It has absurdly high walls with stucco across the entire ceiling, a decorative green tiled stove, and a large window front. The room is directly connected to the vestibule and has a square ground layout. Since our flatmate will take all the furniture with her there is also the possibility of a clean start.
[Apartment]
The flat has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with a couch, and shared a room for living and studying - here you can relax on the sofa, play the piano, do Yoga and invite people over for discussion rounds. We also have a winter garden + balcony. Bicycles and badminton rackets can be safely stored and repaired in the entrance room. In total the flat has 205m². The washing machine and the drying attic are within the house.
[Gardening]
At the Mariannenpark on the Parthe, Annenka and our future ex-roommate have a garden, which we look after together, grow flowers and vegetables, and also like to just sit there and let the sun shine upon our faces. We do have a little garden plan, but everyone is allowed to do as much as they like!
Zentrum-Ost:
Recht verkehrsberuhigt, alles voller absurd schniecker alter Häuser, leider dafür auch eher langweilig und wenig grün... Allerdings bis du in Windeseile im Osten an der Eisi, in Reudnitz, ebenso wie im Süden - tendenziell ist eh alles irgendwie nah.
um die Ecke: Bäcker, Bahnhaltestelle, Tischtennisplatte, Supermarkt
um zwei Ecken: Park, Hauptbahnhof, Eisi, Uni
um drei Ecken: See, noch mehr Park und Wald, der Goldene Westen

Zentrum-Ost:
Actually quite a bit quiet and full of those huge old fancy houses, therefore also kind of boring and not many green areas.... However, you can be in the east in no time at all, as well as in the south - everything tends to be close and fastly reached.

around three corners: lake, more park and forest, the golden west
In der Wohnung bleiben Annenka + Karl +Jan. Alle drei gehen einer Teilzeit Lohnarbeit nach. Annenka macht neben der Arbeit gerne Yoga, ist in der Natur unterwegs oder trifft Freund_innen. Karl kickt, schraubt, musiziert und füttert die Katzen. Jan malocht in Berlin, backt und kocht meisterhaft, verbringt gerne Zeit in der WG und mit den Cats und ist gern kreativ. Alle drei sind zudem politisch am Start. Es sind entspannte Menschen und folglich das WG-Leben eher locker und weniger wie eine Party-WG - vielmehr eine, in der Freund:innen willkommen sind und man froh ist, zu Hause zu sein und das Gemüse der Solawi Rote Beete zu kochen. Wir gehen rücksichtsvoll miteinander um und treffen uns ab und an zum WG-Plenum, um anstehendes Orga-Zeug zu besprechen.
Wir wünschen uns eine entspannte Person, die schon mal in WGs gelebt hat, Ideen hat, sich einbringen mag, vegetarisch/vegan isst und das Herz am linken Fleck trägt.

Annenka + Karl + Jan will stay in the flat. All three do have part-time jobs. Annenka enjoys the nature, Yoga, and her friends. Karl plays football, crafts, makes music and feeds the cats. Jan is working in Berlin, knows very well to cook and bake, and is a quite creative person. All three are also politically on the road. They are laid-back people, that you can talk to openly and have a harmonic way of living together. We help each other out without hesitation and also respect privacy. The life at our flat is easy-going and rather not a party one, more one where friends are welcome and you are glad to be at home for cooking a meal with our Rote Beete Solawi vegetables. We are thoughtfull to each other and have a WG plenum every now and then to discuss upcoming organisational stuff.
We are looking for a relaxed person who has lived in a shared flat before, has ideas, likes to realise things, eats veggy/vegan and has the heart in the left place.
Melde Dich gern bei uns und schreibe ein paar Zeilen was Deinen Tag so strukturiert und in welchen Sprache Du gern grummelst. Auch lasse uns uns ein paar organisatorische Dinge wissen - wie der Zeitrahmen, in dem du eine Bleibe suchst, welche Möbel Du mitbringst und ob Du schonmal mit Katzen und einem Neugeborenen zusammengelebt hast.
