Das Zimmer ist nach Osten gerichtet, mit zwei großen Fenstern, 30m2, groß, hell und schön. Nach Absprache kann ich die Möbel für einen abgesprochenen Preis da lassen. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer großen ca 200m2 Wohnung mit 6 Zimmern, 1 Abstellkammer, 2 Bäder, 1 Küche und 1 Balkon. Keller und Garten sind auch dabei. In dem Garten kann man angenehm im Sommer grillen.

The room is directed to the East with two big windows. It's very light and big. If needed, I can sell you the furniture. The room is in a big 200m2 apartment with 6 rooms, 1 storage room, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 balcony. We also have a cellar and a yard/garden which we share with the neighbours and where we grill in the summer.
Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum-Ost, nur 5 Minuten zu fuß vom Augustus Platz und 10 Minuten zu fuß vom Hauptbahnhof. In der Nähe sind zwei Supermärkte, das Grassi Museum und eine sehr gute und angenehme Wein-Bar und eine gute Ramen-Bar. Ansonsten hat es man nicht so weit weg vom Zentrum. Gute ÖV Verbindlichkeiten.
The apartment is very central - in Zentrum-Ost, 5 minutes from Augustus Platz and 10 minutes from the main station. In the closest proximity, there are two supermarkets, the Grassi Museum a very good wine bar and a tasty ramen-restaurant. The centre is pretty close, so you can find all you need there. Good connection to public transport.
Die WG ist aus 5 Mitbewohner_Innen zusammengestellt. Zur Zeit 2 Männer und 3 Frauen. 4 von uns sind berufstätig und eine Mitbewohnerin studiert noch. Wir sind alle im Alter zwischen 30 - 41 Jahre alt und wir suchen jemand, der/die gut zu uns passen würde. Wir bevorzugen jemand in unserem Alter und berufstätig. Wir haben auch eine Katze Coco, also du solltest keine Katzenalergie haben ;)
Ich komme aus der Slowakei und bin in die WG vor einem Jahr eingezogen und es war sehr angenehm. Ich bin nach Leipzig fast vor 3 Jahren gekommen und jetzt ist die Zeit für mich gekommen zurück nach Berlin zu ziehen.
There are 5 roommates in the apartment, currently there are 2 men and 3 women. 4 from us are working full time jobs and one of us is still a student. We are all in the ages between 30 and 41 years old and thus we are looking for someone who would fit to us. If you are in our age and you are also preferably working, you might be our kind of person. We also have a cat Coco, so you shouldn't be allergic to cats.
I am a Slovak that moved to Leipzig from Berlin 3 years ago and now I decided to go back to the capital. I moved in the apartment a year ago and up until now it has been a lovely experience.
Der nächstmögliche Einzugstermin ist ab 1.4.2019, ich bin aber beim Einzugstermin im April flexibel. Spätestens aber 1.5.2019.
The earliest possibility to move in is April 1st, 2019, however I am flexible with the dates in April. The latest possibility of moving in is May 1, 2019.
