Gemeinschaftliches Wohnen nicht als Zwischenlösung, sondern aus Überzeugung! Wir sind schon "groß" (31 bzw. 42) und leben in einer großzügigen Altbauwohnung von 1880 und haben ab April bzw. Mai zwei Zimmer frei, die bei Interesse auch beide von einer Person übernommen werden können:
Die Zimmer sind ähnlich geschnitten (je ca. 22 m² und annähernd quadratisch) mit stuckverzierten Decken, Flügeltüren und Parkettboden. Sie sind nebeneinander gelegen und durch eine Zwischentür verbunden. Diese ist zur Zeit verschlossen und gedämmt, könnte aber wieder geöffnet werden. Die angezeigte Miete bezieht sich auf einen Raum!

Shared living not as an interim solution, but out of belief! We are already "grown ups" (31 and 42 respectively) and live in a spacious apartment in an "Altbau" (old building) from 1880 and have two rooms available from April and May respectively, both of which can be taken over by one person if interested:
The rooms are similar in size (approx. 22 m² each and almost square) with stucco ceilings, double doors and parquet flooring. They are located next to each other and are connected by an intermediate door. This is currently closed and insulated, but could be reopened. The rent shown refers to one room!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel in Zentrum-Ost. ÖPNV + Hauptbahnhof, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Uni, Restaurants, Cafés und so weiter sind direkt um die Ecke.

The apartment is very centrally located in a quiet residential area in Zentrum-Ost. Public transportation + main train station, all shopping facilities, university, restaurants, cafés and so on are just around the corner.
Wir sind zwischen 31 und 42 Jahren alt und suchen eine*n weitere*n Mitbewohner*in ab 30 Jahren. Wir suchen zwei Mitbewohner*innen für zwischenmiete ab sofort (für April und Mai, evtl. mit einer Verlängerung)
Wir sind vielseitig interessiert - an Ökologie (ohne Schwurbel), Kultur und Sozialem/Politischem und noch mehr. Wir lehnen jegliche gruppenbezogene Menschenfeindlichkeit und Mackertum ab.
Uns ist die richtige Balance zwischen Gemeinschaft und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten wichtig und wir suchen zuverlässige Mitbewohner*innen, die sich damit auch wohlfühlen. Da wir beide berufstätig sind (Rahib arbeitet als Deutschlehrer und Katharina in einer Buchhandlung), geht es bei uns eher ruhig zu. Wenn wir nicht bei der Arbeit sind, gärtnern und kochen wir gern oder engagieren uns in verschiedenen Zusammenhängen.
Wir sind eine rauchfreie WG. Deswegen suchen wir nur nach Nichtraucher*innen! Bitte hab Verständnis, dass wir auch keine Ausnahmen für Gelegenheitsraucher*innen usw. machen und dass es uns auch wichtig ist, dass Gäste nicht in der Wohnung rauchen.

We are between 31 and 42 years old and are looking for another flatmate aged 30 and over. We are looking for two roommates for interim rent from now on (for April and May, possibly with an extension).
We are interested in a wide range of things - ecology (without "Schwurbel"), culture, social/political issues and more. We reject any kind dicrimination and "Mackertum".
The right balance between community and retreat/quietness is important to us and we are looking for reliable flatmates who feel comfortable with this. As we are both employed (Rahib works as a German teacher and Katharina works in a bookshop), things tend to be quiet here. When we're not at work, we like to garden and cook or do voluntary work.
We are a smoke-free WG. That's why we are only looking for non-smokers! Please understand that we do not make any exceptions for occasional smokers etc. and that it is also important to us that guests do not smoke in the apartment.
Unser sonniger Balkon geht nach Süden auf den Innenhof hinaus. Der Garten, der sich dort befindet, wird von den anliegenden Häusern gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
