In order to apply for this room, you need to be a student of one of the Universities in Leipzig.
A nice small room on the second floor. It has everything that one person needs: wardrobe, shelves, two tables, a chair and a bad. Alongside. there are blackout curtains, a corkboard and a mirror. The room gets very cosy with additional lights. Quiet neighbours won't trouble your sleep. There are no utility costs, and 600 GB of WiFi are provided.
The tram can be reached on foot within 2 minutes ('Johannisallee' stop), and it will take you only 7 minutes to reach the city centre. Nearby, in 2 minutes walk, there is a big supermarket REWE. The room windows overlook the inner yard, so there are no external noises. The botanical garden is only 5 minutes walk.
Since the room is provided by the Studentenwerk, you must be enrolled at a recognized Leipzig university or the University of Leipzig. The current rental period in until September 2021 but you will be able to prolong it if you'd like.
