Dein gemütliches 10m² großes Zimmer ist eines von fünf in der 140m² großen Wohnung. Es ist nach hinten ausgerichtet, so bekommst du vom Flower Power nichts mit und kannst die Ruhe genießen:). Es wurde ein praktisches Hochbett eingebaut, was dem Zimmer eine zweite Ebene gibt und du somit genügend Platz hast, um unten all deine Möbel unterzubringen und von oben herabzuschauen. Im Bad gibt es natürlich Fenster, Dusche, Wanne, Waschmaschine und zwei WC's ;) Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler.
Your cozy 10m² room is one of the five rooms in the 140m² apartment. As it is directed towards the backyard, you won't notice the partys from the flowerpower and you can enjoy the peace and quiet :). A stable loft bed has been built in, which gives the room a second space and thus, you have enough space to accommodate all your furniture below and look down from above. In the bathroom there is of course a window, shower, tub, washing machine and two toilets;) The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönsten Stadtviertel Leipzigs, dem Zentrum-Süd, an der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. In einem Katzensprung bist du bei Dönerläden, Restaurants und Bars. Mit Rad, Bus oder Bahn erreichst du die HTWK in 10min, die Uni Leipzig sowie das Stadtzentrum in 5min - die Haltestellen der Tram 10 und 11 sind 3 Gehminuten entfernt, die der Tram 2, 9, und 16, des Busses 60 und der SBahnen 6min. Für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Konsum und Roßmann sowie für frische Brötchen musst du nur aus der Tür fallen. Der Unverpacktladen ist auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
The apartment is located in the most beautiful district of Leipzig, the Zentrum-Süd, on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. In a stone's throw you are at kebab shops, restaurants and bars. By bike, bus or train you can reach the HTWK in 10 minutes, the University of Leipzig and the city center in 5 minutes - the stops for trams 10 and 11 are a 3-minute walk away, those of trams 2, 9, and 16, bus 60 and the SBahn 6min. All you have to do is fall out the door for shops such as Aldi, Konsum and Roßmann, as well as fresh bread. The unpackaged store is also only a 5 min walk away.

- Mark (27) arbeitet bei den Stadtwerken und ist nebenbei bei Ingenieure ohne Grenzen tätig
- Nick (25) studiert Sustainable Development und treibt gerne Sport
- Steffen (32) arbeitet als Gärtner bei der Stadt und taucht gerne in den Leipziger Seen
Alle sind gern für einen chilligen Abend mit Essen + Gitarren + dem einen oder anderen Umtrunk sowie Partys zu haben (wenn in Corona-ruhigereren Zeiten) und sind natürlich offen für neue Ideen. Dennoch wird niemand daran gehindert sich in das eigene Zimmer ungestört zu verkrümeln.

Everyone is happy to have a chilled evening with food + guitars + one or two drinks as well as parties(in a corona free time) and are of course open to new ideas. Nevertheless, nobody is prevented from crumbling into their own room undisturbed.

Das Zimmer soll ab 15.05 Uhr verfügbar sein, kann aber in gewissem Umfang auch flexibel sein. Melde dich einfach per Mail an mich mit ein paar Zeilen über dich. Wir können auch ein Video-call vereinbaren, um dir einen Wohnung-tour zu geben.
