wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohner*in! Bei uns in der WG wird ab dem 16.02. ein ruhiges, 18 qm großes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Parkettboden, eine hohe Decke, ein großes Fenster zu einem grünen und ruhigen Hinterhof mit Fahrradstellplätzen.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau. Genau wie dein neues Zimmer liegt unsere große Wohnküche mit Balkon zum Innenhof. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, Spülmaschine etc. wenn du aber einige Sachen für die WG-Ausstattung mitbringen willst, freuen wir uns. Übrigens sind deinem persönlichen Gestaltungswillen in den geteilten Räumlichkeiten keine Grenzen gesetzt!
Das Bad ist ein Tageslichtbad, ausgestattet mit Wanne und Waschmaschine. Ansonsten gibt es ein Kellerabteil, das ziemlich leer ist und viel Stauraum bietet.
We are looking for a new roommate! The room is 18 square meters. It has a wooden floor, high ceilings, a large window facing the quiet and green courtyard. The apartment is located in an old building. The kitchen with a balcony also faces the courtyard with bike parking spaces. It is equipped with everything you need, e.g. dishwasher. But we are always happy for any ideas on how to redecorate the flat.
The bathroom is a daylight bathroom, with a tub and a washing machine. There is also lots of storage space in the basement.
Die Wohnung liegt gleich um die Ecke der Karl-Liebknecht Straße. Zur Albertina braucht man 5 Minuten zu Fuß und im Clara-Park ist man genauso schnell. Die S-Bahn und Tram sind auch in ein paar Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Gleich um die Ecke ist der Biomare, Konsum, Aldi, die Feinkost etc. Im Haus unter uns gibt es einen Friseur, der netterweise immer alle Pakete annimmt.
Aufgrund der zentralen Lage bist du vor allem mit dem Fahrrad von hier überall super schnell, egal, welche Himmelsrichtung.
The apartment is located near Karl-Liebknecht Straße, the Albertina is only 5 minutes away by foot and the Clara Park is just as near. The S-Bahn and Tram are within a few minutes of walking distance. Just around the corner are lots of supermarkets: Biomare, Konsum, Aldi, Feinkost etc.
Wir sind Ria, 28 (Psychotherapeutin in Ausbildung) und Alec, 34 (Post-Doc Philosophie). In der WG wird eine Mischung aus Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen. Unser WG Leben ist sehr ruhig und entspannt, da wir beide arbeiten.
Bei uns ergeben sich spontane gemeinsame Runden in der Küche, wenn sich unsere Tagesabläufe mal überschneiden sitzen wir gern auch mal beisammen. Hin und wieder machen wir auch einen WG-Ausflug.

We are Ria 28 (psychotherapist in training) and Alec, 34, (post-doc philosophy). We speak a mixture of English and German. Our WG life is very quiet and relaxed. Occasionally we do enjoy spontaneous gatherings in the kitchen and like to sit together or go on an occasional WG trip.

Ein genaues Alter ist uns egal, aber da wir alle schon berufstätig sind wünschen wir uns eine/n Mitbewohner/in, dem/der Verantwortung übernehmen beim Zusammenleben genauso wichtig ist wie uns.
