Ab Mitte April wird ein Zimmer frei, weil unsere Mitbewohnerin Mai auszieht.
Das Zimmer ist 22 qm groß und da es ein Altbau ist, haben wir echt hohe Decken. Das macht den Raum sogar noch größer. Das Zimmer ist natürlich ohne Möbel und bekommt sogar noch einen neuen Boden!
One room in our flat will be free from mid April because our flatmate Mai is moving out.
The room is 22 square meters and because it is an old building, we have really high ceilings. This makes the room even bigger. The room is of course without furniture and even gets a new floor!
Die WG liegt super zentral in der Nähe vom Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz. Außerdem gibt es noch 2 weitere TRAM Stationen, die man in 3-5 Minuten erreicht. Unsere Straße ist relativ ruhig und es fahren hauptsächlich Fahrräder. Das Zimmer ist aber auch nicht zur Straße- also super ruhig.
The WG is super centrally located near Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz. There are also 2 other TRAM stations that you can reach in 3-5 minutes. Our street is quiet and there are mainly bicycles. The room is not street side.
Hier in der WG wohnen Lisa (20) und Alina (26). Wir arbeiten und studieren hier. Gern erzählen wir dir noch mehr über uns, aber zu viel Text liest sich doch hier eh niemand gern durch, oder? Uns ist es einfach wichtig mit einer Person zusammen zu leben, die ordentlich ist und auch mal für ein Gespräch bei Wein oder Kaffee bereit ist. Zu einem Wg-Leben gehört für uns ein gemeinschaftlicher, rücksichtsvoller und familiärer Umgang miteinander, in dem es keine Zwänge gibt und alle trotzdem genug Space für sich haben :) wir wünschen uns ein gemeinsames Zusammenleben und kein aneinander Vorbeileben.
You would share the flat with Lisa (20) and Alina (26). We're studying and working here in Leipzig. If you wanna know more about us, just ask :) But honestly - no one likes to read too long texts here, right? For us it is important to live together with a person who is clean and also sometimes ready for a conversation in the kitchen with wine or coffee. For us, living in a shared flat means a communal, considerate and familiar way of dealing with each other, in which there are no constraints and everyone still has enough space for themselves :)
Wir sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch, aber Lisa kommt aus Deutschland und Alinas Deutsch ist auch gut.
