Das Zimmer liegt im dritten Stock, hat 15m^2, und hat 3 große Fenster, durch die den ganzen Tag viel Licht reinkommt. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett inklusive Matratze, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Rollkasten, ein Regal und ein Schrank. Die Küche hat weitere Schränke, ein Regal sowie ein Spülbecken und Induktionsherdplatte und ebenfalls 3 große Fenster. Im Bad sind ein Waschbecken, eine Toilette und eine Dusche. Also alles, was man braucht ist da. Im Gebäude gibt es einen waschkeller und auch einen fahrradkeller, wenn man dieses nicht auf den Stellplätzen außen vor dem Wohnheim abstellen möchte.

The furniture contains one bed with mattress, a desk with a chair and little rolling drawer, a shelf and a wardrobe. In the kitchen there are several cupboards, a shelf, a sink and an induction stove for preparing your meals. In addition, the kitchen also has three big windows. the bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower and a toilet. There is everything you need. In addition, there are several Washing machines in the basement, as well as a room for bikes (otherwise there are also some bike placings outside)
Das Zimmer liegt im Zentrum Süd-Ost nahe der südvorstadt. Daher ist man in etwa 15min auf der beliebten kneipen- und food street karli oder in der Innenstadt. Bis zur S-Bahn MDR (alle sbahnen, bus 74) oder Tramhaltestelle Johannisallee (16, 2, bus 60) sind es ca. 10min. Zur Uni kommt man auch besonders schnell, v.a. für alle naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengänge liegt diese fast vor der Tür.

It is located in Zentrum Süd-ost (centre/southeast of leipzig) and borders the popular district of südvorstadt, where you can enjoy pubs and restaurants on karli in less than 15min by foot. Das Wg-Leben mit meiner Mitbewohnerin lässt sich als sehr entspannt beschreiben. Sauberkeit war bei uns nie ein Problem. Wenn etwas angefallen ist, dann hat man das eben beseitigt. In der Küche hat man sich gerne mal über den Tag unterhalten und natürlich wurde darauf Rücksicht genommen, wenn man sich zurückziehen möchte wegen Lernstress o.ä.
Your potential roommate is quite relaxed. Sometimes when we met in the kitchen, we had a little chat about our day but she also respects if you need time for yourself (e.g. because you need to study).
