ein helles Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim

Das helle, ca. 14 m² große Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Es ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Nachttisch und Regal. Internetzugang ist vorhanden, es wird lediglich ein Router benötigt. Im Keller gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und Waschmaschinen. Direkt neben dem Wohnheim gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Im Haus befindet sich auch die Mensaria am Botanischen Garten.

Das Wohnheim befindet sich in der Philipp-Rosenthal-Str. 33. Die Straßenbahnlinien 2,16 fahren direkt am Haus vorbei, so dass man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE) und ein Schwimmbad sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Du würdest mit einer sehr netten Mitbewohnerin zusammenwohnen. Ihr teilt euch das Bad und die Küche.

Ich ziehe um und das Zimmer wird Anfang April frei. Dein Mietvertrag würde am 01.04.2024 beginnen und für das Sommersemester 2024 gelten (also bis zum 30.09.2024). Du kannst den Vertrag jederzeit verlängern. Wichtig ist, dass du weiblich und an einer Hochschule/Universität in Leipzig immatrikuliert bist. Die Miete inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt 265€. This bright room, approximately 14 m² in size, is on the 3rd floor and can be reached by lift. It is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table and shelf. Internet access is available, only a router is required. Bicycle storage and washing machines are available in the basement. There is a good car park next to the residence. The Mensaria am Botanischen Garten is also located in the building.

The dormitory is located at Philipp-Rosenthal-Str. 33. The tram lines 2 and 16 pass directly by the building, so you can reach the city centre in a few minutes. Shopping facilities (REWE) and a swimming pool are within walking distance.

You will live with a very nice flatmate. You will share a bathroom and kitchen.

I am moving out and the room will be available at the beginning of April. Your contract would start on 01.04.2024 and run until the summer term of 2024 (i.e. until 30.09.2024). You can renew the contract at any time. It is important that you are female and enrolled at a university in Leipzig. The rent including utilities is 265€.
