Das Zimmer ist geräumig und durch große Fenster sehr hell. Es hat 14qm und ist voll möbliert. Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch usw. ist alles drin und bietet dazu auch noch genügend Platz um eigene Dinge, wie Sessel/Sofa, mit zu bringen.
Kurzum alles was benötigt wird ist in der Wohnung und es muss nichts großartig selber mitgebracht werden. Perfekt für ein erstes halbes Jahr als Zwischenlösung für ein Praktikum oder um erstmal in Leipzig anzukommen.
Das Zimmer kann wahlweise auch erst ab 01.04. bezogen werden und es gibt die Option auch länger drin zu bleiben

The room is spacious and very bright due to large windows. It has 14sqm and is fully furnished. Bed, wardrobe, desk, etc. is all inside and also offers enough space to bring your own things, such as chair / sofa.
In short, everything that is needed is in the apartment and there is nothing great to bring yourself. Perfect for a first half year as an interim solution for an internship or to get started in Leipzig.
The room can optionally be occupied only from 01.04. and there is the option to stay longer in it.
Die Lage ist super! Egal in welchen Stadtteil - länger als 10-15min mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du nirgendswo hin. Aber auch wenn es mal zu kalt o. du keine Lust auf den Drahtesel hast - die Öffis sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Vor der Haustür befindet sich zudem der Friedenspark und ein paar Minuten weiter der Lene-Park. Perfekt für den Sommer!
Außerdem ist direkt gegenüber ein REWE für den alltäglichen Bedarf.
Dönerläden & Co befinden sich auch in guter Reichweite.

The location is great! No matter in which part of town - longer than 10-15min by bike you need nowhere. But even if it's too cold or you don't feel like riding your bike - the public transport is only a 3-minute walk away.
On the doorstep is also the Friedenspark and a few minutes further the Lene Park. Perfect for the summer!
In addition, directly across the street is a REWE for everyday needs.
Kebab stores & Co are also within easy reach.
Mein Mitbewohner war in letzter Zeit Corona-bedingt viel in der Heimat gewesen. Von daher kann ich dazu nicht so viel sagen, da ich selber erst im Oktober eingezogen bin.
Ansonsten sind im Gebäude (Studentenwohnheim) noch viele andere nette Menschen, mit denen man leicht in Kontakt kommen kann, wenn man will :)
Wenn nicht gerade Corona ist, gibt es einen Fitnessraum, Backküche und eine kleine Kneipe im Gebäude. Wenn man will kann man das alles kostenlos mit benutzen.

My roommate had been at home a lot lately due to Corona. Therefore, I can not say so much about it, because I myself only moved in October.
Since he is currently writing his master's thesis, he is rather busy when he is here. However, he will also move out soon and thus also new life in the gaff come :)
Otherwise, there are many other nice people in the building (student dormitory), with whom you can easily get in touch if you want :)
If it's not Corona, there is a fitness room, baking kitchen and a small pub in the building. If you want you can use all this for free.
Da das Zimmer sich in einem Studentenwohnheim befindet musst du an einer deutschen Uni/Hochschule immatrikuliert sein. Das Zimmer kann auch gerne erst ab 01.04. bezogen werden - da bin ich flexibel.
Das Zimmer kannst du auch gerne erstmal für ein halbes Jahr (bis 30.09.) mieten und dich danach entscheiden, ob du länger bleiben möchtest!
Der oben angegebene Mietpreis ist all inclusive - es kommen keine weiteren Nebenkosten für Strom, Internet etc. dazu!
