Ich suche für mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß und ist in einer 2er WG. Das WG leben ist ganz angenehm, aber wenn man keine Lust drauf hat, kriegt man von dem anderen MB nichts mit. Die Miete ist 270€ warm inkl. allen Nebenkosten, also auch Internet und Fernsehen.
Das Wohnheim ist in der Straße des 18. Oktober und ist ziemlich modern.
Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, einem Regal, Schreibtisch, -stuhl und einem Schreibtischrank.
Die Lage ist top, direkt neben dem Friedenspark, in 5min mit Bus an der Karli und 10min mit der 16 am Augustplatz. Der Cossi ist auch nicht weit weg.
Die aktuelle MB ist Julia und echt sympathisch.
Vorraussetzung ist eine gültigen Immatrikulationsbescheinigung an der Uni oder FH in Leipzig.
Möglicherweise ist auch ein früherer Einzug möglich.
I am looking for a new tenant for my room in the dormitory. The room is 14m ² and is in a shared apartment for 2 people. Living in a shared apartment is very pleasant, but if you don't feel like it, you won't notice anything from the other MB. The rent is € 270 including all additional costs. The room is on the ground floor. The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a desk and a desk cabinet. The location is great, right next to the Friedenspark, 5 minutes by bus to the Karli and 10 minutes with the 16 at Augustplatz. The Cossi is not far away either. The current MB is Julia and really personable. A valid certificate of enrollment at the university or FH in Leipzig is required.
