Studentin gesucht! Sonniges Zimmer in einer 2er-WG im zentral-gelegenen Studentenheim Tarostraße 12 mit Blick ins Grüne

Deutsch: In einer tollen abwechslungsreichen Gegend im Stadtviertel Zentrum Süd-Ost gelegen und verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden: 4 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn Haltestelle MDR, 6 Minuten zur Tram Haltestelle Johannisallee. Sehr studentisches Viertel da viele Wohnheime des Studentenwerks in der unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Ein gut sortierter REWE ist auch nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Öffentliche Schwimmhalle direkt vor der Haustür.

English: Very central in the city district Zentrum Süd-Ost and very good connected to public transport: 4 minutes on foot to the city-train-station MDR, 6 minutes to the tram-station Johannisallee. The area is very studential as there are several student dorms very close by. A good sorted REWE is reachable within 3 minutes walking time to supply you with groceries. And, last but not least, there is a public indoor swimming bath right in front of the door.

Deutsch: Ruhige und ordentliche WG. Ich habe mich mit Marina (28) (deine potentielle Mitbewohnerin) prima verstanden, sie ist sehr reflektiert, sehr verlässlich und eine tolle Gesprächspartnerin.
Sie studiert Dolmetschen und schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit. Begegnungsort ist die Küche, hat man allerdings gerade nicht so Lust auf Gesellschaft wird es auch sehr respektiert wenn man mal für sich sein möchte ;)

English: A calm, clean WG. Marina (28) (your potential roommate) is a great person to live with! You can talk with her about everything, she is very reliable and a very reflective person. She studies Interpreting and is currently writing her MFA thesis. The place to meet is our spacious kitchen, but if you sometimes don't feel like company social interaction won't be forced on you ;)

Deutsch: Die Wohnung kann (da Studentenwohnheim) nur an eine Studentin weitergegeben werden, die gerade in Leipzig studiert und aktuell nicht in einem Wohnheim des Studentenwerks wohnt. Weitermeldung und erneuter Vorweis der Studienbestätigung ist leider jedes Semesterende notwendig, aber unkompliziert :)
Es gibt einen LAN-Anschluss, daran kann auch ein WLAN-Router angeschlossen werden wenn man das möchte. Es gibt im Keller einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner, die gegen eine kleine Gebür benutzt werden können. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller für alle Fahrradfreunde.

Freu mich sehr auf eure Anfragen, nur keine falsche Scheu :)) gerne können wir auch einmal telefonieren oder eine Skype-/Zoom-Besichtigung machen.

English: The room can only be rented to a female student who is currently studying in Leipzig but isn't living in a student dorm by the Studentenwerk. At each end of the semester it is necessary to show your confirmation that you are still studying, but that is very uncomplicated, no worries :)
In the room, there is the possibility to connect to the internet via a LAN-cable or install through it your own WIFI-router. In the basement, there is a washing room where you can wash and dry your clothes for a small fee. And for all bicycle friends, you will also have access to a bicycle storage room.
