Da ich für zwei Monate Leipzig verlasse, wird mein wunderschönes 22qm Zimmer in der Rosi frei.
Es zeichnet sich besonders durch die großen Fenster (+ Blick in die Bäume), Stuck an der Decke und den schönen Boden aus! Außerdem ist so viel Platz da, dass sich man sich so richtig ausbreiten und ausleben kann.
Die Möbel würde ich alle drin lassen, aber meinen Kram natürlich zur Seite räumen.

I am leaving Leipzig for two month and thus, my beautiful 22qm-room will be available.
The most charming parts are the big windows (with view on the trees), beautiful ceiling and floor! Plus, there is so much space that you can really spread out and make the most of it.
I would leave all the furniture in, but move my stuff out of the way, of course.
Super zentral! Von hier bist du sowohl schnell auf der Eisi, im idyllischen Clara-Zetkin-Park oder im Westen. Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle sind eine Minute entfernt. In 10 Minuten bist du mit dem Rad in der Innenstadt. REWE, Schwimmhalle, Sportplatz, Friedenspark - alles gleich um die Ecke!

Super central! From here you can quickly get to the Eisi, the idyllic Clara Zetkin Park or the to the Western part. Tram and bus stops are just a minute away. In 10 minutes you reach the city center by bike. REWE, indoor swimming pool, sports field, Friedenspark - everything is just around the corner!
Im letzten Jahr hat sich in der Rosi einiges verändert nachdem einige liebe Mitbewohnis neue Wege eingeschlagen habe. So langsam pendelt sich aber wieder eine konstante Konstellation in der Rosi ein. Ab Mai verlasse ich sie für zwei Monate, aber komme danach zurück.
In der WG würde mit dir wohnen: Alea (sie/ihr), Daniel (er/ihm), Laura (sie/ihr) und eine weitere neue Person :-)
Wir wollen in der Rosi ein schönes Zusammenleben gestalten, wo sich alle wohlfühlen und eine offene+ehrliche Kommunikation eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Wir teilen viele Lebensmittel und alle Basics, die man so in einer Wohnung braucht. Wenn wir gemeinsam kochen, dann immer vegan.
Vielleicht ist es wichtig zu sagen, dass wir teilweise sehr unterschiedliche Alltage führen, weswegen es auch vorkommen kann, dass man die eine oder andere Person länger mal nicht sieht - je nachdem wie dein Tagsrhythmus so ist ;-)
Trotzdem freuen sich alle, wenn man in der Küche spontan zu einem Tee oder Abendessen zusammen kommt!

Much has changed in the Rosi over the past year as some of our dear flatmates have gone new ways. Slowly, however, the Rosi is returning to a more stable constellation. From May on, I'm going away for two months, but I'll be back.
You will be living with: Alea (she/her), Daniel (he/him), Laura (she/her) and one new person :-)
We want to create a nice living together in the Rosi, where everyone feels comfortable and an open+honest communication plays an important role. We share a lot of food and all the basics you need in a flat. When we cook together, it is always vegan.
Maybe it's important to say that we have very different daily lives, so it can happen that you don't see one or the other for a while - depending on your daily rhythm ;-)
Nevertheless, everyone is happy when you spontaneously meet in the kitchen for tea or dinner!
Schreib uns bitte ein paar Sätze zu dir, und was dir in Bezug auf gemeinschaftlichem Wohnen wichtig ist.
Wir können uns gerne auch online kennenlernen, falls ein Treffen in persona nicht möglich ist. Und auch über das genau Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum lässt sich noch reden. Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören! :-)
