We are looking for a flatmate for july!
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ruhig, hat einen eigenen großen Balkon in den Innenhof, Dielenfußboden und schöne hohe Decken.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral - in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Thomaskirche, schräg gegenüber liegt das Schauspielhaus und auch Marktplatz mit S-Bahnstation, Stadion, Zoo, HGB, HMT, Uni und Bahnhof sind nicht weit entfernt. In etwa 10 Gehminuten ist man im Rosenthal oder im Clarapark; Rewe, Aldi, Konsum, Norma und eine Straßenbahnstation sind um die Ecke.
In unserer etwa 200 qm großen teilsanierten Altbauwohnung gibt es viel Platz. Neben einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Klavier und Erker gibt es noch ein Zimmer für Gäste, eine Küche mit Balkon in den Innenhof, einen großen Flur und zwei lichtdurchflutete Bäder mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung hat schöne hohe Decken, Parkett- und Dielenböden und viel originäre Substanz.
Das Zimmer wird ab Anfang/ Mitte Juli frei.
