Das Zimmer hat Blick auf den Waldplatz und ist vom Rest der Wohnung ziemlich isoliert, man hört hier keine Türgeräusche oder Kochgeräusche. Es ist sehr ruhig.
Wenn Sie interessiert sind, verkaufe ich die Möbel - zum Preis inklusive Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch, Kommode und dem kleinen Tisch neben dem Bett. Die Kommode und der Schreibtisch wurden im Oktober neu gekauft.
Wasser, Heizung, Strom und Internet sind im Preis inbegriffen.

The room has views to the Waldplatz and it is quite isolated from the rest of the flat, you don't here any noises of doors or cooking. It is very quitet.
If you are interested, I sell the furniture -ask for price- including bed, mattress, writing desk,commode and the little table near the bed. The commode and writing desk were bought new in October.
Water, Heater, Electricity and Internet are included in the price.

Konsum und Aldi sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß und es gibt eine große Rewe 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

The flat is in front of line 4 Waldplatz tram stop. It is 2 minutes walking from Waldplatz tram stop of lines 3, 7, 8, 14, 15. Westplatz tram stop is 7 minutes walking. The main train station is 2 stops from the flat.
Konsum and Aldi are 3 minutes walking and there is a big Rewe 5 minutes walking.
