Wir bieten ein "Teilzeit"-Zimmer in unserer schönen Wohnung am Westplatz an. Geteilt heißt, dass eine Person aus unserer WG mittlerweile woanders wohnt, das Zimmer aber einige Tage im Monat weiter selber nutzen möchte.
Wir suchen daher eine Person, die z.B. auch pendelt, oder ab und zu einen ruhigen Ort zum Arbeiten/fürs Homeoffice suche, oder für ebenfalls ein paar Tage in der Woche/im Monat eine Bleibe in Leipzig sucht. Wer wann da ist, da müsste man sich dann absprechen. Auf jeden Fall nicht gleichzeitig.
Der Preis ist - je nach Häufigkeit und Art der Nutzung des Zimmers - Verhandlungssache.
Das Angebot gilt erstmal für 4 Monate, evtl. auch länger (auch kürzer möglich).
Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß und wunderschön hell, es gibt 4 große Fenster.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Doppelbett, Sofa, Stuhl, kleinem Tisch, Kommode, Lampen etc
Die Wohnung ist auch ansonsten komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet, Küche, Waschmaschine usw. ist alles vorhanden und kann mit benutzt werden.
Das Haus ist ein sanierter Altbau.
We are offering a SHARED room in our flat near Westplatz.
Shared means that one person in our WG has a flat somewhere else at the moment, but wants to use the room for a few days a month, too.
So, we are looking for a person, who is also commuting/looking for a place for a home office/for a few days a week/a month, too, NOT SOMEBODY FOR FULLTIME.
We would have to sort out, who is in the apartment when (never at there same time).
We're offering the room for 4 months, maybe longer, possible also for shorter periods of time.
The room is 22 square meters, beautiful and bright, equipped with 4 big windows.
In the room, there is a double bed, a sofa, a chest of drawers, a table, a chair, lamps etc. and the flat is fully furnished (bathroom/kitchen/washing machine etc.)-. Everything can be used.
The price is negotiable according to the extent of use.
The house is a renovated old building.
Die Lage ist großartig, ruhig und doch total zentral. Der Westplatz ist 3 Minuten entfernt, von dort ist man z.B. in 3 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig, mit dem Rad erreicht man alle Teile der Stadt super fix.
Alles, was man zum alltäglichen Leben so braucht (Supermark, Biomark, Post, Bäcker etc.) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Gottschedstraße ist mit all ihren Kneipen direkt um die Ecke.
In 2 Minuten erreicht man das Schreberbad.
Wir sind alle viel beschäftigt, berufstätig und zwischen Mitte 30 und Mitte 40. Alle haben ausserdem bzw. vor allem einen 2. Wohnsitz ausserhalb von Leipzig, d.h. sehr häufig sind wir nicht da.
Wer also Anschluss und wildes und intensives WG-Leben sucht, ist hier nicht an der richtigen Adresse, wer es gern ruhig hat, dagegen schon.
Ideal wäre eben eine Person, die z.B. auch pendelt oder z.B. eine Wohnung in einer andere Stadt/ in Leipzig hat, aber ein Homeoffice sucht o.ä.
Schreibt gern kurz etwas über Euch.
In unser aller Sinne (Corona...) möchten wir ungern 1000 Leute treffen und hier durch die Wohnung "schleusen", daher wäre es uns ganz lieb, wenn Ihr in Eurer Nachricht schon gern ein wenig über Euch schreibt, dann können wir gleich schauen, ob das so vielleicht passen könnte - danke!
Die Miete von 300€ wäre übrigens all inclusive.
Einzugsdatum ist VB, perfekt wäre der 1.12.!
