I am leaving my lovely room in the beginning of October. Below the details:
Huge 25m² room in a WG with only two bedrooms. The room is already fully furnished and with a beautiful view on the New Town Hall. The apartment includes then the toilet, a separated bathroom, a sunny kitchen with a lovely balcony and a storage room. Plus, there is a storage room in the basement of the building and the possibility of car parking for 30 euros per month in the inner courtyard.

Ich verlasse mein schönes Zimmer Anfang Oktober. Unten die Details:
Großes 25m² Zimmer in einer WG mit nur zwei Schlafzimmern. Das Zimmer ist bereits voll möbliert und mit einem schönen Blick auf das Neue Rathaus. Zur Wohnung gehören dann noch die Toilette, ein separates Bad, eine sonnige Küche mit einem schönen Balkon und ein Abstellraum. Außerdem gibt es einen Abstellraum im Keller des Gebäudes und die Möglichkeit, das Auto für 30 Euro pro Monat im Innenhof zu parken.
Bitte senden Sie eine kurze Beschreibung Ihrer Person und die Mieterselbstauskunft und Schufa (solicitar ahora) , um einen Termin zu vereinbaren.

Friedrich-Ebert strasse close to tram stop Westplatz. The apartment is at the 4th floor with elevator in a building recently renewed. 5 minutes from the apartment you are in the city center. Behind the corner you have Johanna park.
Friedrich-Ebert-Straße in der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Westplatz. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4 Stock mit Aufzug in einem kürzlich renovierten Gebäude. 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt sind Sie im Stadtzentrum. Hinter der Ecke befindet sich der Johanna-Park.
You will be sharing the apartment with Matthias. He is German, has 35 years old but of young spirit inside. Matthias is a chilled and approachable guy, teacher in a kinder garden, busy cyclist and traveler.

The rent monthly price is of 445 euros everything included (light, water, heating, WLAN and building fees). I am looking for someone interested in buying my room furniture for the price of 320 euros. I would like to leave you my fully functional fridge for 35 euros and the washing machine shared with Matthias for 70 euros. I just paid the liability insurance for one year (until June 2023), thus I would like someone to pay the part from October 2022 to June 2023 (32 euros)

Ich möchte Ihnen meinen voll funktionsfähigen Kühlschrank für 35 Euro und die mit Matthias geteilte Waschmaschine für 70 Euro überlassen. Die Haftpflichtversicherung habe ich gerade für ein Jahr bezahlt (bis Juni 2023), daher möchte ich, dass jemand den Teil von Oktober 2022 bis Juni 2023 bezahlt (32 Euro). Besichtigungen sind in der Woche vom 29. August bis 2. September möglich.
