Hallo Leute! Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der meine Studentenwohnung in der Nürnberger Straße ab Dezember für mindestens 2 Monate oder länger übernimmt. Das ist eine wirklich gute und günstige Möglichkeit für Leute, die eine Wohnung brauchen :) Das Zimmer ist 18 m^2 und hat alle notwendigen Möbel, mit einem Bett, einer Matratze, einem Schreibtisch und zwei Kommode. Ich kann auch die Vorhänge zurücklassen, die ich angebracht habe. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche und eine große Küche, mit der meisten Dingen, die man braucht. Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, gibt es keine zusätzlichen Nebenkosten! Für den Zugang zum WLAN benötigst du lediglich ein Ethernet-Kabel.
Hi guys! I am looking for someone to take over my student housing on Nürnberger Straße from December for at least 2 months or longer. This is a really good, cheap option for people who need housing :) The bedroom is 18 m^2 and has all necessary furniture, including a bed, mattress, desk, and 2 dressers. I can also leave behind the curtains I installed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a large kitchen with most things that you would need. Because this is a student dorm, there are no extra utility costs! To access the wifi, you just need an ethernet cable.
Die Wohnung ist nur 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt und befindet sich in der Nähe des Universitätsklinikums. Die S-Bahn-Station ist nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt, und ein Edeka, Aldi und DM sind nur 5 Minuten vom Studentenwohnheim entfernt.
The room is only a 10 minute walk to the city center and is located near the university hospital. The S-bahn station is only a short walk away, and there is an Edeka, Aldi, and DM 5 minutes from the student dorm.
Die aktuelle Mitbewohnerin ist sehr nett und freundlich. Die neue Mieterin muss weiblich sein, darf keinen bestehenden Vertrag mit dem Studentenwerk haben und muss an einer der folgenden Schulen eingeschrieben sein: Universität Leipzig, HtWK, Hochschule für Musik und Theater, IBA, Handelshochschule, Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst. The current roommate is very nice and friendly. The new tenant has to be female, not have an existing contract with the Studentenwerk, and be affiliated with one of the following schools: Universität Leipzig, HtWK, Hochschule für Musik und Theater, IBA, Handelshochschule, Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst.
