Unsere schöne Maisonette-Wohnung mit fünf Zimmern liegt im vierten Stock direkt am Wilhelm-
Leuschner-Platz.
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, einen Balkon, 2 Bäder und einen Kellerabteil für uns.
Im Haus gibt es einen gut funktionierenden Aufzug.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 14 m groß und geht Richtung Osten. Er ist hell und ruhig. Das Zimmer wird beim Auszug unmöbliert sein.
Das Wohnzimmer schaut auf den Leuschner-Platz und das neue Rathaus, dabei sind
insbesondere die Sonnenuntergänge sehr schön. Unsere Zimmer gehen zum Innenhof und sind
daher trotz der zentralen Lage durchgehend sehr ruhig. Der Balkon ist von zwei Zimmern
zugänglich und geht auch zum Innenhof, im Sommer ist er schön grün und sonnig. Wir haben viel Liebe in unsere Wohnung gesteckt und deshalb ist uns wichtig, sorgsam und verantwortlich damit umzugehen und sie sauber und ordentlich zu halten.
Our lovely 5-room Maisonette flat is located at the fourth floor at the Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz.
We have a big living room with a dining area, a balcony, 2 bath rooms and a room in the basement. There is an
elevator in the house as well.
The room has approximately 14 m2 and is heading to the east. It’s pretty bright and quiet. The room will be unfurnished.
The living room
is facing the Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz and the Neue Rathaus, the sunsets are great from here. Our
rooms are facing the backyard so it’s quiet despite our central location.
Zentraler geht es nicht. Wir sind direkt am Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz mit großer S- und
Straßenbahn-Angebot. Du bist also direkt an der Innenstadt und am Hauptcampus der Uni. Auch
der Hauptbahnhof ist nur fünfzehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Supermarkt, Bäcker und was du
sonst noch brauchen könntest, sind direkt um die Ecke und zur Uni-Klinik sind es fünf Minuten.
We are super central. The Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz features a big S-Bahn and tram stop. We are
at the corner of the city center, you can easily walk the university main campus. Supermarkets,
bakeries and further shopping opportunities are right around the corner. The university medical
center is also just 5 minutes by foot.
Bald wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei, daher suchen wir dich! Unsere WG ist
entspannt und freundlich. Zurzeit arbeiten wir alle mehr oder weniger Vollzeit. Vu (30) macht
seinen PhD, Lisa (28) ist freie Journalistin und Susi (36) ist Geographin. Teilweise arbeiten wir im Home-Office. Am Abend gibt es mal ein Bier, gemeinsames Kochen, einen Film oder
angeregte Diskussionen. Auch wenn wir meistens beruflich und privat viel eingebunden sind, ist es uns auch wichtig Zeit mit unseren Mitbewohner*innen zu verbringen und aktiv aufeinander einzugehen.
Bestens dafür eignet sich unser Balkon oder wenn das Wetter mal nicht
mitspielt unser Wohnzimmer. Außerdem haben wir eine Bio-Kiste, bei der du sehr gerne
einsteigen kannst und viele Kräuter auf dem Balkon. Falls du gerne kochst und/oder backst -
unsere Küche ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet.
Our community is relaxed and friendly. Everybody has a job. Vu (30) is working on his PhD, Lisa
(28) is a freelance journalist and Susi (36) is an earth scientist. In the evening we will have a beer,
cook dinner together, watch a film or have a passionate debate. Our balcony is the perfect place
for that weather permitting otherwise there is our great living room. We are getting a box of fresh
vegetables (Bio-Kiste) from a nearby farmer every week and herbs on the balcony.
Wir suchen nach einer aufgeschlossenen Person, die auch Lust hat sich aktiv einzubringen.
Erzähle uns gerne ein bisschen mehr über dich. Idealerweise planst du aktuell länger in Leipzig zu bleiben.
We are looking for an open person who is looking to get involved with our small community. Tell
us more about you! It would be great if you would wanna stay in Leipzig rather longterm.
