Looking for a room in a flatshare in Leipzig available from February 2018

Hey!
I'm a 28yr old Australian guy looking for a room in Leipzig. I just finished my studies and will soon start work as an Engineer. I'm pretty easy going, and respectful of other people and their rules. I'm very tidy/clean, have a broad range of interests. I like to cook, play keyboard, listen to music and play sports. I'm always to chat with people if they like, although I can respect peoples quiet and privacy if that's what you want. I don't smoke.
I'm currently a beginner at German, hoping to get better through practice and talking to people - I'll be taking further lessons when I arrive. My budget is up to 400 euro's depending on the facilities/size of the room/number of people, etc.
