auf der Suche nach einer schönen Raum :)

Hallo leute,

I will write in English so it's clearer ;) My A2 German doesn't quite cut it for a detailed ad.

My name is Sean, a 27 year old Master's student in a double-degree program from the US now living in Leipzig. I'm ASAP from April for a furnished room, preferably in a two-person flat (that would mean just me and you) but also open to up to two others. I am a full-time student also working part-time at the Uni Leipzig, right now both positions are remote so I am definitely appreciate and take care of a good living space.

As a tenant I am mindful of others' and the flat's condition and am very responsible with payments and upkeep. I've lived before in the three different cities in the US, Austria and Spain as well. I enjoy getting to understand cultural differences and intricacies. I've very tolerant and open to all lifestyles. One very important condition is that the flat is clean (does not have to be like a hospital operating table) somewhat organized and without frequent big parties. I'd very much appreciate flatmates that exercise good common sense about covid regulations. That being said, occasional get-togethers at the place are more than welcome :)

I really enjoy cooking so you may often find me in the kitchen when I have time. Though I am often holed-up these days with work, studies and long runs outside I really appreciate getting the chance to have a warm atmosphere in the flat. To me that means sharing a few beers, getting to know each other, and making sure one another is comfortable sharing whether it is a joke or an issue with the laundry schedule.

Aside from cooking I'm a lover of music and dancing, and like checking out small shows and hearing all kinds of music. Spanish language and literature also are passions of mine. I'm also a football/soccer player and avid runner. I'm also a light smoker (can do it on the balcony or outside), so I guess it balances things out.

In more "regular" times, I am often out and about. I respect space of other flatmates both physically and sonically, in any case.
