Ich habe vor, ab dem 01.10 eine 2er-WG in Leipzig zu gründen. Die Wohnung hat ca 60 m2 und befindet sich in der 5. Etage im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses, jedoch gibt es natürlich einen Aufzug.
Dein Zimmer hat 14 m2, jedoch gibt es noch eine Diele mit ca. 7,5 m2 für kreative Ideen. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, hat eine Küche (welche gerade bestellt wurde), eine Waschmaschine und einen riesigen Flur. Außerdem kannst du dein Fahrrad im Hof abstellen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum-Nord direkt am Zoo und am Stadtpark. Die Uni ist 10 Minuten mit Fahrrad und Straßenbahn entfernt…die Straßenbahn-Station ist direkt vor der Haustür. In der Nähe befinden sich alle lebensnotwendigen Geschäfte:)
Ich bin Thorben, 20 Jahre alt und beginne am, 02.10.2023 das Studium der WiWI an der Uni Leipzig. Ich gehe gerne ins Fitnessstudio und mache viel mit Freunden. Bars und Clubs dürfen natürlich auch nicht fehlen.
Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in der/die weltoffen, tolerant und eher gesellig ist. Privatsphäre ist wichtig, aber gemeinsam kochen, vlt. abends zusammen was machen oder ähnliches kann mal drin sein, ist aber natürlich keine Pflicht. Einfach eine gute und lustige Beziehung aufbauen. Ich freue mich darauf.
Strom und Internet würden dazu kommen, was ungefähr 50 Euro betragen würde.
