Schönes WG-Zimmer im Zentrum-West

Die Lage unserer WG könnte wohl kaum zentraler sein: man kann innerhalb kürzester Zeit so ziemlich alles mit Bus, Bahn und zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt vor unserer Tür befinden sich auch 2 Haltestellen, an denen über 8 Linien fahren. Außerdem ist ein Aldi direkt um die Ecke, sowie ein Konsum & Rewe nicht viel weiter weg (max. 3min Fußweg). Auch der Palmengarten, Clara-Zetkin-Park als auch Rosental sind nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt.

The location of our shared flat could hardly be more central: you can reach pretty much everything within a very short time by bus, train and on foot. There are also 2 bus stops right outside our door with over 8 lines. There is also an Aldi just around the corner and a Konsum & Rewe not much further away (max. 3min walk). The Palmengarten, Clara-Zetkin-Park and Rosental are also just a short walk away.

Die WG befindet sich gerade im Umbruch, weshalb du hier selbst das Zusammenleben neu mitgestalten kannst.
Mit dir zusammenwohnen werden Anna und Paromita. Anna (35) ist fast neu in Deutschland, sie ist sehr energisch und liebt es, leckeres georgisches Essen für dich zu kochen. Leider ist sie ein bisschen schüchtern, sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch zu sprechen, aber sie kann gewisse Dinge verstehen. :) Paromita (28) ist derzeit als Teilzeit-Forschungsassistentin am UFZ Leipzig im Bereich der Abwasserbehandlung. Da sie gerade am Deutsch lernen ist, wird in unserer WG vorrangig Englisch miteinander gesprochen.

The shared flat is currently in a state of change which is why you can easily shape a new way of living together together with Anna and Paromita. Anna (35) is almost new in Germany, she is very energetic and loves to cook delicious Georgian food for you. Unfortunately she is a bit shy to speak both German and English, but she can understand mostly :) Paromita (28) is currently a part-time research assistant at UFZ Leipzig in the field of wastewater treatment. As she is currently learning German, we mainly speak English with each other in our shared flat.

Im Moment ist es für uns am wichtigsten, jemanden als Hauptmieter zu finden, der sich um die praktischen Dinge in der Wohnung kümmert, wie den Gas- und Stromvertrag. Wenn du damit Erfahrung hast und bereit bist, diese Aufgabe zu übernehmen, wäre das schon ein großes Plus. Bitte sag uns Bescheid in deiner Nachricht, ob dies für dich passt :)

Neben der Kaution kommt noch eine Abschlagszahlung von 200€ für alle Anschaffungen, die wir für die WG-tätigen mussten dazu.

Wir freuen uns total auf deine Nachricht (Falls du nicht in Leipzig sein solltest, wäre es auch kein Problem sich per Videocall kennenzulernen)

At the moment, the most important thing for us is to find someone as the main tenant who will take care of the practical things in the apartment, such as the gas and electricity contract. If you have experience with this and are willing to take on this task, that would already be a big plus. Please let us know in your message if this works for you or not. :)

In addition to the deposit, there is also an advance payment of 200€ for all purchases that we had to make for the shared flat.
