Das Zimmer ist rund 15m² groß und aktuell unmöbliert. Wenn der Bedarf besteht, habe ich das Nötigste da, welches genutzt werden kann. Eine neue Matratze inkl Lattenrost, Schreibtisch, Couchtisch, Stuhl etc. Das kommt auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse an und besprechen wir gern gemeinsam.
Die Straße liegt 7 min zu Fuß vom Clara-Park und 2 min zu Fuß von der nächsten Tram Haltestelle der Linie 14 entfernt. Weitere Verbindungen erreichst du ebenfalls in wenigen Fußminuten am Felsenkeller. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für jeden Geschmack sind in der Nähe, sodass man sich über kurze Wege freuen kann.
Das WG Leben beschränkt sich auf das Wochenende, da ich beruflich an Berlin gebunden und eher selten da bin.
Die Wohnung ist ein Teil des komplett sanierten Altbaus in einer super praktischen Lage. Ideal ist das Zimmer für Studenten und Berufstätige.
Den ersten Kontakt würde ich hier bevorzugen und nach dem Casting detaillierter werden.
