Das Zimmer ist hell , sonnig , und freundlich im ersten Obergeschoss in einer zweier WG in drei Zimmerwohnung gelegen. Ich, Adnan Ramahi bin selbständig und biete ein möbliertes Zimmer, da es nicht genutzt wird. Ich bin oft auf Reisen, teilweise bis zu zwei Monate (wenn Corona es erlaubt).
Ruhige Lage unweit des Zentrums, direkt in der Südvorstadt.
Fußweg: 5 min zur Straßenbahn (Linie 9), 7 min zum S-Bahnhof (MDR), 4 min zum Aldi, 8 min zum Netto, 4 min zum Bäcker, 7 min zum Spätverkauf, 8 min zur Karli.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 5 min am Bayrischen Platz, in 10 min in der Innenstadt.
Bisher war das Zimmer noch nicht vermietet, die Erfahrung wäre neu für mich. Freundlichkeit und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sind wichtig, Privatsphäre wird respektiert.
Schreibt mir am Besten eine Nachricht mit kurzer Vorstellung: Name, Alter, Was zieht euch nach Leipzig / was treibt ihr in Leipzig? Wie bestreitet ihr euren Lebensunterhalt? Was erwartet ihr von einer WG? Habt ihr bereits WG-Erfahrung? Welche Marotten gibt es?
Ich melde mich dann bei euch, zwecks eines Besichtigungstermins. Besichtigungen sind erst ab 18:30 Uhr möglich.
