Das Zimmer, sowie die ganze Wohnung sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Wohnung ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und befindet sich im obersten Geschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Super Aussicht und Training für die Beine sind also inklusive. Über der Wohnung gibt es noch ein Dachboden, sodass es im Sommer nicht zu heiß wird. Der Dachboden ist für uns über eine Klapptreppe zugängig und kann als Abstellraum oder zum Wäsche trocknen genutzt werden. Dein Zimmer ist mit 23 m² sehr geräumig und jeden Morgen scheint die Sonne rein. Außerdem ist es nicht zur Straße gerichtet, sodass es auch bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr ruhig ist. Das Zimmer ist zwar unmöbliert, aber falls du nur für ein paar Monate bleibst, kann ich dir auch ein Bettsofa (sieh Foto) anbieten, das momentan noch im Zimmer steht. Die Küche und das Bad sind möbliert und eingerichtet (Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Dusche).

The appartment is in a good condition and in a familiar enviroment. It is located in the third floor, so a bit of daily sport is also included! :)
There is loft where you can store stuff you do not use anymore or for drying clothes.
Your room is 23 m² with sunny mornings every day and quite! The room is not furnished, but in case you wanna stay just for few months you can use the sofa bed.
The kitchen is completely equipped (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc) and we have a washing machine.
Leverkusen-Hitdorf ist so ziemlich Köln und Düsseldorf gelegen. Der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür. Ideal ist es für Praktikanten vor allem von Bayer. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 25 min bis zum Chempark (Leverkusen) und Bayer CropScience in Monheim ist 10 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Aldi Süd und Edeka sind bei uns in der Straße und sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Rhein und Yachthafen ist einmal die Straße runter. Zum Baden im Sommer gibt es den Hitdorfersee in direkter Umgebung. Also alles da, was man braucht.

Leverkusen-Hitdorf is located between Cologne and Dusseldorf. There is a bus station directly in front of the house. The location is perfect for interns (e.g. Bayer). You need by bike 25 min to Chempark Leverkusen and 10 min to Bayer CropScience, Monheim. There are an ALDI and Edeka at our street and it is a short walk by feet.
The Rhein river and the ferry are located 500 m from home. You can also enjoy the Hitdorfersee now in the summer. You will find in this small city, everything that you need!
Ich bin Brasilianerin und lebe in Deutschland seit nun fast 3 Jahren. Ich beginne mein Promotionsstudium bei Bayer CropScience in Monheim. Ich bin sehr kommunikativ und unternehmungslustig – mag es aber auch mich nach der Arbeit einfach zu entspannen.

Es gibt genügend freie Parkplätze, die auch kostenfrei sind. Wir teilen uns mit den anderen Leuten im Haus eine Garage für die Fahrräder.
