Hi, wir suchen von August 24 bis Februar 25 eine dritte Mitbewohnerin da ich ins Auslandssemester gehe. Gerne lernen wir dich vorher kurz kennen und du kannst dir das Zimmer und die Wohnung anschauen. Zusammen wohnen tust du dann mit Anna und Arne (21, beide super lieb) und mit Anna teilst du dir das Badezimmer unten. Das Zimmerselber ist groß und hell, es kann komplet möbeliert übernommen werden (ich kann meine Möbel aber auch unterlagern). Die Bahnstation Leverkusen Manfort ist zu Fuß 10 min entfernt oder auch in 4 min mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Busstationen sind innerhaln eines ein minütiges Radius.
Vom Leverkusen Manforter Bahnhof kommz man super nach Köln und zur Uni. Kontaktiert mich gerne bei Interesse oder Fragen per WhatsApp.
Sonst noch wichtig:
- Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt
- wir sind keine Zweg WG und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander
- Mein Auto kann ich eventuell mit Parkplatz mit vermieten, dass muss ich aber nochmal mit der Versicherung checken

Hi we are looking for a third roommate (female) from August 24 until the end of Feburary 25. I will be in spain for a semster abroad so you can rent the room fully furnished. You will be living with my other two roomates Anna and Arne (21) you will be sharing the bathroom with Anna. The room is light and quite big. The location is great too we have the trainstation Leverkusen Manfort within 10 minutes reach (walking or 4 by Bus) from there it does not take long to get to Colonge. Feel free to contact me with any firther question per whatsapp or masages.
Some other things to know :) :
- feel free to come and meet us beforehand we can also videochat
- please keep in mind there will be no smoking allowed whatsoever
- i might be able to rent you my car too, i just have to check with my insurance company
- We all enjoy each other’s company and would be happy if you are interested in that as well :)
