Wir vermieten ein 14 qm großes Zimmer für 350 € (warm, inc. Internet, Telefon, Strom und TV) in einer 97 qm großen Wohnung über zwei Etagen (1. und 2. OG).
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Einbauküche, Wannenbad, Gäste-WC und Waschmaschine. Weiter ist noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und Balkon zur Südseite als Gemeinschaftsraum vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Berliner Str. in Leverkusen-Schlebusch und liegt in ruhiger und angenehmer Wohnlage. Ein Supermarkt, ein kleines Bistro und eine Bank sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Außerdem gibt es eine direkte Busverbindung nach Köln Hbf (40 min.).
Wir sind ein Pärchen (Abiturientin und Azubi, beide 23) und suchen zum 01.08.2012 eine/n Mitbewohner/in zur WG-Neugründung.
Wenn du weltoffen, alternativ und unkompliziert bist und kein Problem mit Katzen oder Rauchen hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig.
