Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten auf der Insel, das heißt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, der Bahnhof und natürlich der See sind in unmittelbarer Nähe :) Ich wünsche mir eine ruhige, saubere Person mit festem Einkommen. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, schreibt mir gerne ein paar Infos zu euch. Ich freu mich über eure Nachrichten! :)
Abschlag (durchlaufende kosten) für angeschaffte Gemeinschaftsmöbel (Flur, Bad, Küche), plus Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Kaution sind insgesamt 1200€ Warmmiete ist 717€
