Das Zimmer liegt im 1. Stock, mit Fenster zur Straße.
Es ist nicht besonders groß, aber es gibt genug Platz für alles notwendige und hat ansonsten eine ganz schöne Atmosphäre.
Die Wohnung hat eine ziemlich gute Lage.
Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in allernächster Nähe; Lidl, Penny, Norma und das Einkaufszentrum "Lindaupark" sind alle in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten, der neue Bahnhof Lindau-Reutin 6 Minuten entfernt.
Der direkteste Weg zum See dauert nicht länger als 10 Minuten, zur nächsten Badestelle, wegen Naturschutzgebieten, allerdings eher 15 - 20 Minuten (Ich empfehle ein Fahrrad).
Unser Wg Leben ist ziemlich ungezwungen.Wir beide sind meist unter der Woche am arbeiten und am Wochenende am entspannen. Der Dreh- und Angelpunkt der Wohnung ist ohne Frage die Küche :)
Ein Pluspunkt neben dem Garten ist der Fakt, das das Grundstück bzw. erwähnter Garten nach hinten an ein Feld grenzt anstatt an ein weiteres Grundstück. Das macht jegliches Aufhalten im Garten, vorallem im Sommer, nochmal entspannter (Gefühl von mehr Platz, weiterer Blick etc.)
