There is a room empty in our 4 room apartment on the island. It would be good if Any one is willing to shift and also find roomates from december for a long term. The apartment is big and is on the island.
There is bicycle parking and also car parking if you can request the owner.
The apartment is quite close to the lake and the bahnhof.
The total rent of the house is 1450, electricity and internet costs plus ARD fees totally would come up to 180+20+18 = 218. Totally 1668€. Would be split between 4 till december and if we find replacements for the roomates who are leaving then the rent would remain the same or would be more depending on the number of people staying.
We would be happy to have a German speaking roommate and preferably non smoker. We smoke but only in parties and we don't encourage smoking .
Located on the island . 200 m from the harbour.
Many restaurants around. Post office is 20m away. There are clinics and many medical stores nearby.
100m from main train station.
There are buses every 30 mins.
It is the corner house and hence there is good amount of light and wind.
We are three guys now and we work from 9-6 , so we are mostly silent during the day.
From december it might change based on the roommates we might find.
We speak some german and mostly english. The kitchen is big and we also have a room for TV.
The deposit can be negotiable. You can pay in installments . We don't have a problem about that.
