Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner / Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3er WG in der Schuberstraße. Es gibt eine große Küche, einen geräumigen Hausgang, ein Bad und ein Klo:). Vermietet wird das größte Zimmer der WG. Wir wären froh, wenn der Nachmieter/Nachmieterin den großen Schrank im Zimmer für wenig Geld übernehmen würde. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden und wird von allen in der WG benutzt, genauso wie Geschirr. Wir sind offen für alle und legen Wert aufs Aufräumen und sauber halten in geteilten Räumen. Bei uns muss gar nix, aber alles kann. Wir sind zwei Studenten (Kevin und Lukas). Lukas studiert Grafikdesign an der Kunstuni und Kevin Ai an der JKU. Kevin spricht Englisch, Lukas Deutsch und Englisch. Wir freuen uns von euch zu hören. Gerne auch per Whats App unter ----/-------)

We are looking for a new roommate for our 3-person shared flat in Schuberstraße. There is a large kitchen, a spacious hallway, a bathroom and a toilet :). The largest room in the shared flat is for rent. We would be happy if the next tenant would take over the large wardrobe in the room for little money. Washing machine and dishwasher are available and are used by everyone in the shared flat, as well as dishes. We are open to everyone and attach great importance to tidying up and keeping clean in shared rooms. We don't have to do anything, but everything can. We are two students (Kevin and Lukas).
