Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, leider ohne Lift. Gesamt stehen uns aber 150m2 Wohnfläche zur Verfügung. Gemeinsam teilen wir uns eine Küche mit 14m2, ein Wohnzimmer mit 29m2, Bad und Klo sind getrennt. Zusätzlich haben wir Zugang zu einem Garten, gemeinsam mit den anderen Bewohner*innen des Hauses.
Das freie Zimmer ist westlich ausgerichtet, mit Blick in den grünen Hof, und ist daher sehr ruhig, es ist 14m2 groß.
The flat is on second floor without elevator.
In total the flat is 150m2, we share a kitchen with 14m2, a bathroom with a seperate toilette and a big living room with 29m2. In addition we have access to a garden together with all our neighbours.
The vacant room is facing the west side with a view to the green inner courtyard, the room is 14m2 big.
Die WG ist ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt von den Buslinien 12, 17 und 19 (Dinghofer/Goethestraße). Zur Straßenbahn sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten oder 2 Busstationen.
Mit dem Rad ist man überall schnell ;)
Denns, Penny, Lidl, Spar & Billa sind ebenfalls in 10 Gehminuten schnell zu erreichen. Und der Südbahnhofmarkt ist quasi direkt vor der Tür.
Within one minute you are at the busstion for the buslines 12, 17 and 19 (station Dinghofer/Goethestraße). To get to the tram it's a 10 minutes walk by foot or 2 stops with the bus.
With a bike you are everywhere within a short time :)
For grocery shopping there are various possibilities close by. Denns, Penny, Lidl, Spar & Billa are a 10-Minute walk away. And right next to our building there is a big market several times a week.
Die WG teilst du dir mit drei tollen jungen Frauen, wir sind:
Flora: 31 Jahre jung, arbeitet mit Jugendlichen, geht gerne wandern und klettern, unsere Bobi die Baumeisterin
Valentina: 26 Jahre jung, studiert Soziale Arbeit im Bachelor, tanzt gerne, kocht gut
Chiara: 26 Jahre jung, ist in Bildungskarenz, studiert Volkesschullehramt, spielt Fußball
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, machen es uns also gern bei einem Bier oder leckerem Essen auf der Couch oder im Garten gemütlich!
Wir positionieren uns gegen Kapitalismus, Faschismus, Rassismus und klar zu Feminismus und Nachhaltigkeit und wünschen uns eine*n Mitbewohner*in mit gleichen Werten!
You are sharing the flat with 3 wonderful people:
Flora: 30 years, works with the young perople, likes to go hiking or climbing, our bobi thebuilder
Valentina: 26 years, studies sical work, likes dancing, good cook
Chiara: 26 years, studies primary school teaching, plays soccer
We don't just live together, we also enjoy spending time together for example have beer or cook together and spend the evening on the couch or in our garden.
We stand for feminism and sustainability and we distance ourselfes from capitalism, fascism and rasism.
We are looking for a flat mate who shares those values.
