The room with a view of the courtyard is furnished. It measures 13 square meters and includes a small desk, a bunk bed with a 140cm mattress, a sofa, and a compact side table. Additionally, it features an open wardrobe with drawers and two shelves (a large one in the room and a small one on the top bunk). In the corridor, which is shared with Mia, there is extra space for storing things. The thick walls of the old building keep the whole flat comfortably cool in summer. During winter, the room is warmed by a pellet stove (there are numerous pellet sacks in the cellar). To reach the kitchen from the room, you simply need to go through the hallway and our second front door (refer to pictures).
The flat's location is central, beside the Mariendom. The main square is a 10-minute walk away, and Landstraße, along with the nearest shopping opportunities and public transport stations, can be reached in 4 minutes. Although we live in the city center, we can quickly reach green spaces as the Bauernbergpark is nearby. We don't have a garden, but we love having meals or coffee on the Domplatz, which is situated just outside our front door.
In the shared apartment are living Katharina (20), Lena (23), Mia (24), and Lou (20). Lou will be on a semester abroad in the upcoming summer semester, so we are looking for someone for temporary subletting. (20.01.2024 – 30.06.2024, longer rent would also be possible) We all study at the Art University and enjoy spending time together, whether it's cooking, attending events, knitting, or watching movies together. We maintain open and friendly relationships while respecting each other's personal space. It's always possible to withdraw.
