Ich (Elsa) biete mein helles und geräumiges Zimmer in unserer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, die perfekt für das Leben in einer WG ausgestattet ist, über die Sommermonate Juli - Ende September an, da ich mich im Ausland aufthalten werde.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit einer offenen, modern ausgestatteten Küche – ideal für gemeinsame Kochabende oder entspannte Filmabende. Das zu teilende Badezimmer ist modern eingerichtet und beinhaltet eine Badewanne/Dusche sowie WC. Zusätzlich bietet der großzügige Eingangsbereich genügend Platz für Schuhe und Jacken. Mein Zimmer, in welchem du wohnen wirst, ist 12m2 gross und verfügt über ein 140er Bett, eine Kommode, 2 Regale und eine Kleiderstange (siehe Fotos).
Die Wohnung liegt in einem gepflegten Haus in zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage, da sich nur im 4. Stock Wohnungen befinden. Ideal für jemanden, der das WG-Leben in einer gemütlichen und gut gelegenen Wohnung genießen möchte. Zu der Bushaltestelle Europaplatz geht man zu Fuss nur 1Minute und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts es auch gleich ums Eck.
PS: Die Miete beträgt 430€ mit allem inklusive!

I (Elsa) am offering my bright and spacious room in our 3-room apartment, which is perfectly equipped for shared living, from July to the end of September, as I will be abroad.
The apartment features a shared living room with an open, modern kitchen – ideal for cooking together or relaxing movie nights. The shared bathroom is modern and includes a bathtub/shower and toilet. Additionally, the spacious entrance area offers enough space for shoes and jackets. The room you will be staying in is 12m² in size and comes with a 140 cm bed, a dresser, 2 shelves, and a clothes rail (see photos).
The apartment is located in a well-maintained building in a central but quiet location, as the apartments are only on the 4th floor. Ideal for someone who wants to enjoy shared living in a cozy and well-located apartment. The bus stop at Europaplatz is just a 1-minute walk away, and shopping facilities are also just around the corner.
PS: The rent is 430€ including everything!
