Das Zimmer ist 27 m² groß, gut zu unterteilen, auch für ein Päärchen geeignet, aber auch alleine toll.
Meine Mitbewohnerin die auszieht hatte mehr als zwei Jahre lang große Freude damit und es sich so unterteilt, dass sie einen Schlafbereich, einen Lernbereich und einen Wohnbereich hatte.

Gleich zu Beginn der Innenstadt findet ihr einen Hofer & Billa wo ihr eure Lebensmittel kaufen könnt. DM, Bipa und alles was ihr sonst noch brauchen könnt, ist dann auch gleich da.

At the beginning of the city centre you can find a Hofer & Billa where you can buy groceries. DM, BIPA, and everything else you need, is also close.
Ich (Carina) bin 28 Jahre alt und studiere an der FH Soziale Arbeit. und ab September auch an der JKU.
Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche und wenn man sich miteinander versteht (was ich doch hoffe :)) wird gerne mal ein Kaffee zusammen getrunken oder gemeinsam gekocht/gegessen. Die Kosten für Alltagsbedarf (Putzmittel,...) werden aufgeteilt. Das Essen kann gemeinsam oder getrennt gekauft werden, je nach dem wie es ausgemacht wird. Wichtig ist ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und dass wir uns hier gut absprechen.
My name is Carina, I am 29 years old and study Social Work and COSOPO at the JKU. The kitchen is a common area and if we like each other (what i honestly hope) I like having a coffee, dinner, lunch or whatever together. The costs for everyday needs are going to be divided between the 2 of us and I like a certain degree of cleanliness
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein kleiner, feiner Garten, den die Mieter gemeinsam nutzen können.
Du kannst dich gemütlich in die Wiese lesen und lernen, oder du liest einfach ein Buch. Genieß es einfach mitten in der Stadt und doch in einem Garten zu sein :)
