Das Zimmer misst 27m² und verfügt über zwei großzügige Fenster. Die Lage ist straßenseitig zur Dametzstraße, was durch die gute Schallisolierung der Fenster aber keine ungewollte Lärmbelästigung mit sich bringt. Es befindet sich ein Waschbecken mit Spiegel und Ablage darin.
Mehrere Möbelstücke biete ich gegen eine Ablöse von 500 Euro zur Übernahme an. Falls gewisse Stücke bereits vorhanden sind oder nicht benötigt werden, bin ich auch gerne kompromissbereit um eine Lösung zu finden.

The room measures 27m² and has two large windows. The location is looked onto the road to Dametzstraße, but through the well soundproofed windows there's no unwanted noise disturbance. There's also a sink with mirror and a small shelf in it.
I offer various pieces of furniture to takeover for a compensation of 500 euro. In case some pieces are already in your possession or not needed at all, I'm willing to compromise in order to find a solution.

Die Lage ist außerordentlich gut. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich das Atrium (Merkur, Bipa, etc.) und der OK-Platz (Solaris, Mediendeck, Moviemento) ist auch binnen 2 Minuten erreicht. Ein beliebter Platz für StudentenInnen. In 2 Minuten erreicht man auch die Bimstation Mozartkreuzung (1,2,3), somit auch die Landstraße. Bushaltestellen gibt es überall in der Nähe (Hessenplatz, Mozartkreuzung).

The location is extraordinary good. Directly opposite there's the Atrium shopping center with a grocery and drugstore (Merkur, Bipa, etc.). The OK square is also reached within 2 minutes and is a popular place for students. In 2 minutes walking distance there's also the tram station Mozartkreuzung (lines 1,2,3) as well as the most important shopping street in Linz: Landstraße. Various bus stops (Hessenplatz, Mozartkreuzung) are also located in close proximity.
Innerhalb der WG ist ab Februar ein größerer Wechsel geplant, da ich (Christoph) und Anna ein Auslandssemester antreten und Michael und Benni in eine andere Wohnung umziehen. Ab dieser Zeit bleibt von der aktuellen Truppe also nur Lisa-Marie (22, studiert Malerei an der Kunstuniversität).
Uns ist wichtig, dass es keine Zweck-WG ist. Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, verbringen wir beispielsweise nette Abende am Balkon. Man hat jedoch seine Ruhe, wenn man sie braucht. Lachen tun wir aber schon sehr gerne, du solltest also nicht humorrestistent sein. :)

Inside the flat there's a greater shift planned in February, thus I (Christoph) and Anna are attending an exchange semester and Michael and Benni are moving out into another flat. From this point on there will be just Lisa-Marie (22, painting student at the University of Art and Design) who remains from the current troop.
We are looking for a new flat mate, not only for the limited purpose of sharing a flat, but to socialise too. As time allows we spend lovely evenings on the balcony. Although you have your peace, when you need it. We do laugh a lot, so you should also have some sense of humour. :)
Vorzugsweise wird das Zimmer an Leute in Ausbildung vergeben, da es durch die Caritas gefördert wird. Zu erreichen bin ich am besten unter der hier angegebenen E-Mail-Adresse. Ich versuche dabei möglichst schnell auf deine Anfrage zu reagieren.
