The whole apartment has 130 m², a balcony with storage room, a large living room and a kitchen with sitting area, dishwasher and a bathroom with bathtub. In the entrance area of the house there is a bicycle storage room.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Fußweg bis zum Hauptplatz ist in ca.15min zu bewältigen.
Bis zum Bahnhof ist man öffentlich ca. 18 min Unterwegs. Zu Fuß sind es bis zum Bahnhof ca. 30 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bäckereien etc.) sind nahe gelegen und auch leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Donau ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
