Ab 7.en April 2024 wird ein teilmöbliertes Zimmer in unserer 5er WG verfügbar! Das Zimmer hat ca. 13 qm, ist sehr ruhig mit Holzboden. Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 337,80 € pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser, Internet etc.)
Unsere WG ist 150 qm groß mit zwei Bädern (eines davon mit Badewanne), Waschmaschine, 2 Toiletten, einem großen, gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin, einer Küche mit Geschirrspüler, einem großen Balkon um die Hausecke und eine kleine verglaste Loggia - all das unweit des Linzer Bahnhofs. Es gibt gute öffentliche Anbindung und es sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Billa und Hofer 1-5 Gehminuten, Bauernbergpark in 3 Gehminuten. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist die WG auch für Pendler*innen geeignet.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen (3w und 1m) kommen aus Österreich, Luxenbourg und Spanien und sind zwischen 26 und 39 Jahre alt. Wir sind eine gemischte WG und arbeiten oder studieren in den Bereichen Fremdsprachen, Kunst, Materialwissenschaften, Gesundheitswesen etc.
Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene Person zwischen 25-45, die idealerweise bereits WG-Erfahrung hat, gerne mit anderen zusammenlebt und Interesse daran hat, die Wohnung in Ordnung zu halten. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern treffen uns gelegentlich zum Essen oder auf ein Gläschen, während wir im Alltag unsere individuellen Wege verfolgen.

A semi-furnished room in our 5-person shared flat is available. The room is about 13 square meters, is very bright with wooden floor. The rent for the room is €337,80 per month including operating costs (electricity, heating, water, internet, etc.)
The apartment is 150 square meters with two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), washing machine, 2 toilets, a large and comfortable living room with an open fireplace, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a large balcony and a small loggia. It is only a 5 minutes’ walk from the central train station, the tram lines and a short walk from the old town. Billa and Hofer 1-5 minutes’ walk, Bauernbergpark in 3minutes.
Your roommates (3f and 1m) are a great international mix from Austria, Luxembourg and Spain. We are between 25 - 39 years old and a very friendly crowd. We are artists, architects, teachers, students or work material science and health care.
We are looking for an open-minded person between 25-40 that ideally has some flat-sharing experience already, likes to live with others and is interested in keeping the apartment clean. Due to the proximity to the train station, the flat share is also suitable for commuters. We are not a purpose-built shared apartment, but meet occasionally for dinner or a drink while we pursue our individual paths in everyday life.
