Wir sind eine Studierenden-WG in der wir ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis miteinander pflegen. Grundsätzlich sind wir offene Personen die auch gerne verschiedene gesellige Hobbies nachgehen. Die Gemeinschaftsräume (WZ und Balkon) laden zum gemütlichen Miteinander ein.

Wir suchen eineN NachmieterIn der/die auch für gesellige Abende zu haben ist. Ob du studierst oder arbeitest ist dabei egal. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und möchten auch keine werden. Am besten schreibst du eine Nachricht gemeinsam mit deiner Telefonnummer, sodass wir dich kontaktieren können. Besuche können wir unter der Woche abends am besten anbieten. Die Ablöse für Gemeinschaftsobjekte sowie Möbel im Zimmer fixieren wir bei der Besichtigung. Corona-bedingt bitten wir dich im Idealfall geimpft zu sein, zumindest aber einen negativen Test vorweisen zu können, damit wir auf eine Maske verzichten können, sofern das auch für dich in Ordnung ist.
