wir sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin oder einem neuen Mitbewohner ab April 2022.
Das Zimmer hat ca.16m2, ist optional mit einem großen Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet (Ablöse: 120€). Das Zimmer ist hell auf Grund der Fenster in den ruhigen Innenhof.
Neben den drei WG-Zimmern gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche im original 60er-jahre Stil. ¬Wir haben neben der Grundausstattung (Ofen/Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Töpfe, …) einen Geschirrspüler, einen Toaster und einen Wasserkocher. Ein ausklappbarer Esstisch ermöglicht ein gemütliches Zusammensitzen mit Freund/innen. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber fein. Im Vorzimmer gibt es eine Garderobe und ausreichend Stauraum. Außerdem gibt es ein kleines Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradkeller.
Die Miete von 320€ inkludiert alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet und Versicherung).

Dear future flatmate,
we are looking for two new roommates from the beginning of April 2022.
The room has ca.16m2, is optionally equipped with a big bed, a desk and a closet (cost for the furniture: 120€). The room is bright due to the windows facing the quiet backyard.
The flat consists of a 60s style well-equipped kitchen. Apart from the basics (oven/stoves, fridge, plates, mugs, etc) there are in the kitchen a dishwasher, a toaster and a water boiler and of course a dining table for cozy gathering with friends. The bathroom is small but fine. In the entrance hall there is a wardrobe for storage. There is also an access to the cellar and the bike storage of the building.
The rent is 320€ including all the costs (i.e. electricity, water, heating, internet and insurance).
Die Lage der WG ist ideal. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle Dinghoferstraße entfernt. Bis zum Europaplatz sind es 3 Minuten und zur Goethekreuzung/Landstraße (Innenstadt) sind es ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg. Zum Linzer Hauptbahnhof geht man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder man fährt 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Der Südbahnhofmarkt mit lokalen Lebensmitteln ist direkt um’s Eck und es gibt verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
in der Umgebung. Sollte man am Feiertag oder in der Nacht noch Lebensmittel benötigen, befindet sich eine Tankstelle mit einem Spar ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.

The location of the flat is ideal. It is located in a quiet street two minutes away from the bus station Dinghoferstraße. Europaplatz is 3 minutes away and Goethekreuzung/ Landstraße (city centre) is within 7 minutes walking distance. Linz Hbf is around 15 minutes on foot or around 5 minutes by bike.
Südbahnhofmarkt is around the next corner and there are many supermarkets in the area around. If you need to buy something on a holiday or Sunday, there is a gas station with Spar in 5 minutes walking distance.
Nun sind wir auf der Suche nach einer/einem sympathischen und aufgeschlossenen neuen Mitbewohner/in – internationals are welcome!
Wir wünschen uns einen Sinn für Sauberkeit, deswegen haben wir einen Putzplan für Bad und Küche.
Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG. Wir tauschen uns gerne aus bei eine Tasse Kaffee/Tee oder einem Glas Wein oder Bier. Natürlich hat jeder seinen eigenen Freiraum und wir respektieren die jeweilige Privatsphäre.

Living in a clean flat is nice, that’s why we have a cleaning plan for the toilet and the kitchen.
