Wir vermieten ab Anfang April 2022 ein 19m2 Zimmer, welches sich hofseitig befindet und eine dementsprechend ruhige Lage hat. Die Miete beträgt 330 EUR (incl. Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas und Internet).
Die Wohnung selbst hat etwas mehr als 120m2, einen Balkon, einen großen Vorraum sowie Küche und Wohnzimmer getrennt.
Die verbleibenden Mitbewohner (w, m, m) sind zwischen 28 und 30 Jahre alt und studieren bzw. sind berufstätig.
Wir sprechen Spanisch, Englisch, Estnisch und Deutsch und kochen Abends gerne gemeinsam und wenn das Wetter passt, genießen wir das Leben sehr gerne am Balkon mit einem Glas Wein.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in äußerst zentraler Lage in der Stockhofstraße. (Bim, Bahnhof, Supermarkt ist alles in weniger als 10 Gehminuten erreichbar).
Besichtigungen sind jederzeit möglich. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation kann auch gerne eine virtuelle Besichtung per Video-Call, etc. erfolgen --- einfach Anschreiben oder gleich Anrufen unter ----/-------. Fotos auf Anfrage.

We are looking for a new flatemate since one of our flatmates is leaving beginning of April.
We are renting a 19m2 room which is really calm due to its location in the flat. The room is available from Mai on.
The rent is 330 EUR, which includes electricity, gas and Internet.
The apartment itself is 120m2, it has a balcony and a separate kitchen and livingroom.
The people staying in the WG (f, m, m) are between 28 to 30 years old and are working or studying.
The languages spoken are English, Spanish, german and Estonian and we like to hang out in the evenings together and cook and drink something.
The location is very central. There is a Billa and Hofer really close and also the train station is in 5 minutes walking distance.
