Das gemütliche Zimmer bietet genug Platz für einen Schrank sowie Tisch und Bett. Es verfügt über 2 größere Fenster, dadurch ist das Zimmer schön hell. Trotz der zentralen Lage (in einer Seitengasse vom Hauptplatz) ist es angenehm ruhig, da es in der Gasse keinen Verkehr gibt, nur Fußgänger unterwegs sind und mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist gar kein Problem (extra Bonus: durch das Insektennetz im Fenster schläft man im Sommer gelsenfrei!). Durch die 60cm dicken Wände bleibt es auch im Sommer angenehm kühl in der Wohnung. Das Zimmer kann möbliert für eine vernünftig Preis vermietet!
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt ungefähr 310€ mit Gas, Strom und Internet!

The cozy room offers enough space for a wardrobe, desk and bed and has 2 large windows which makes it nice and bright. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet, as there is no traffic in the street, there are only pedestrians on the road and sleeping with an open window is not a problem at all (bonus: you'll be sleeping mosquito free in summer thanks to the insect screen!). Thanks to the 60cm thick walls, it remains pleasantly cool in the apartment even in summer and warm in Winter. The room can be rented with the furniture in it for a reasonable price.
The total rent will amount to 310€ with gas, electricity and Internet!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitengasse des Linzer Hauptplatzes und bietet daher eine top Lage. Die Bimstationen Hauptplatz und Taubenmarkt mit Anschluss zu allen Linien sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß in 20, und 6 mit Bim. Daher ist auch eine gute Anbindung zur JKU (16) und der FH (14) gegeben. Die Linzer Landstraße mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Donaulände sind ebenfalls nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock über einem Gasthaus und trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum ist es hier aber immer recht ruhig da es auch keinen Autoverkehr in der Gasse gibt.

The flat is located in a side street of Linz's Hauptplatz and therefore offers a great location. The Hauptplatz and Taubenmarkt tram stations with connections to all lines are a 2-minute walk away, and the main railway station is a 20-minute walk away -- 6 mins with the tram. There is therefore also a good connection to the JKU (16 mins) and the FH (14 mins). Landstraße with lots of restaurants and shopping facilities and Donaulände are also only a short walk away. The flat is on the 2nd floor above a restaurant and despite the proximity to the centre, it is always quite quiet here as there is no car traffic in the street.
Your roommates will both be new, since my current roommates Kathi and Thomas are also both moving out at the same time. Akim (22) is a student. Timon (32) studies Project Management and works part-time. They're both easygoing and nice people. I met them before I got my new place in Vienna and chose them as my new roommates, so I made sure they were nice people who I can personally have as roommates. I will happily connect you with them so that you get to know each other before moving in.
